Location is good and huts are simple, clean and mosquito free. However, the entire place (4 huts and four tents) are using two shower/toilet rooms, which are clean, but crowded if course. Who want's to wait in line for his morning toilet. The sad part was that I was told by the owner in writing that the two toilet and two showers and shares by the four huts only...One more unpleasant surprise, beside the unfriendly host, that check out is at 9:00am!!! So we arrived at around 8pm, went for dinner out (as the host said they are soon closing the restaurant) and pulled our 5 yo from bed at 8 in the morning...not cool at all..bottom line, good rooms, but not good service....

Everything was a great experience. The host(Upendran) is a fantastic person, helped me book rentals, and guided me through the routes to reach the place. One point though, people mainly visit the place to have their own time with friends or family, The tents are placed just in front of the rooms very close making it uncomfortable for both parties. I would suggest moving the tents to a different zone inside the cottage, so that everyone can enjoy their time the way they want without disturbing each other. On the other hand, the food was average I would say. The staff needs to take care of these little things and talk to the guest with respect. The restaurant timings could be a little longer at least up to 11 PM, so that people can peacefully enjoy their food, drinks and have their evening worthwhile.
