Colive is a scam. Dont get into this trap they attract people with low rent offers. The food is terrible, hygiene is not maintained. Its been 20 days ive shifted but my wardrobe and other services has not been fixed yet. Moreover all the sales persons are scammers they’ll not tell about the extra charges and in the app they’ll never fix those. It will keep showing you dues.

Don't choose this place. Here's my experience from living here for six months, and it's been awful: Water Problems: The water system is a mess. You'll find yourself without water at many times in a day, even in February when there's no water issue in Bangalore. Hidden Costs: At first, the rent seems cheaper compared to other PGs, but there are so many extra charges. They tax the rent and make you pay for repairs (lights, taps, lift, fridge), which is not common in other PGs. Electricity costs Rs300-400, plus Rs100 for service, Rs100 for Wi-Fi, and ₹100 for payment handling. These extras add up to 20-25% of your rent, sometimes even 30% when the lift was broken. High Deposit: The deposit is 130% of your rent, which is huge. If you refuse to pay any of hidden charges, they cut it from your deposit. TV Issues: They provide a set-top box, but you have to pay an extra Rs200 for the base package. Parking and Amenities: There's not enough parking space for residents, and the owner of the opposite PG doesn’t let you park outside. The washing machines usually don’t work properly due to water supply issues. Power Cuts: Every 2-3 months, the building owner cuts off the electricity for h

The worst PG ever to be in, everyday is a nightmare here. There is no water at all, u have to pray tomorrow doesn't come, as there isn't water in restroom nor to even drink, I had to use the opposite PG for restroom thats how pathetic this PG is. The food is not good, sometimes its good food then what happens is everyone comes and finishes it within 5mins. Also u won't be full as u can't take a lot as others will be waiting, so their food quantity tracking is poor. The main part is after u r done with booking, they will still charge money for random expenses, and then deduct frm ur deposit amount and extra too. They even threatened us by using our Pan card and aadhar card to court hearing even though we paid everything. It was too much mental stress being at this PG.

This pg is a very big scam, The fraudster sales people will lure u with bit less money compared to the other pgs. And it's too good to be true. First they take agreement esign with all hidden t&c. And you give the deposit of 130% of rent. Remember u will anyway play 20-30 percent extra rent monthly to the quoted rent. There are hell lot of issues. please read other comments for getting to know the issues. When u leave u will lose extra 9-10k as well because they cut from deposit for random reasons from everyone. Your big deposit amount is the one they play on you with. The reason they are even having 4 star rating is because just after u join manager asks u you to put 5 star rating, and he will prioritize ur setup like bed and other stuff. You do it out of ur helping nature and forget to delete it later once u recognise the scam. Please read the 1 star reviews before considering it.

Its a scam , They do not return even half of your deposit and they charge nearly 3000 as electricity bill and they do not tell you this prior. Sales person are scammers and when there is increase in rent no one will help you and you just have to pay what ever they ask you to pay. Food gets over even before 8pm. Please be aware with your deposit and they add some random charges and do not explain them when asked and montly rent is increased up to 1000rs . Edit : Its been more then a year i check out from this pg and no resolution provided till now . That reply was just a formality from your guys i guess.

U stayed there 6 months back. Not yet received my deposit. Instead they asking me to pay 18k.Worst pg. They promised 15k for rent and only the electricity bill is extra. but got invoice for 29k this month. lots of extra charges. Please check tweets and Instagram comments. This people are scammers. You can only request exit ticket when you pay your all dues. They won’t clear your invoice issue. No customer service . Service tickets will be closed without resolving. You will be stuck in a financial loop. Then finally you mentally forced to exit without rising a service ticket. Then they will send you a legal notice in mail. To pay them extra 15k as separation charge and due. So for your safety collect your proofs . ( 1. Rental agreement, 2.monthly invoice screenshot from app (mail is wrong) 3. Screenshot of service tickets ( notification screenshot helps because we can’t open once the ticket is closed) 4. Call / email record. 4. Sales person chat screenshot( ensure his contact number instead of name , ask rent in total , is food included, is any other bill added other than gst ?, is there any rise of rent after 3 or 6 months ? Don't join this PG. it is a scam. The food is not good and if there is a small issue also they will tell us to raise a ticket. And they will not solve that issue but they will mention the ticket as resolved. I left the PG after one month due to some emergency but they are sending me some legal notice to pay 26000 extra even they didn't return my advance. DONT JOIN THIS PG. YOU WILL DEFINITELY REGRET AFTER JOINING. Those who all working in this company and supporting this scam will definitely face the Karma very badly. MARK MY WORDS.

This PG is terrible. Don’t come here – it’s a scam. They’ll increase your rent anytime. When I started, I was paying 8.5k, but within just three months, they raised it to 12k. There are constant water issues, and cleaning is not done properly. The manager tells you not to pay certain charges, but in the app, the costs keep increasing regardless.

No proper water supply in this building. Managment is literally bad. No one will solve your issues. No proper care taker to clean the room. Room’s cleans once a week. All good reviews are fake. Once you start living in this building they will ask you to give good reviews. What else you can expect now. Even if you wanna leave this pg. You will not get your security back and they will put someone charges into your rent receipt and you will not get back and you have to pay
