“I stayed here for 3 months. Won’t recommend. Crappy food at best, room had no space or ventilation for the amount I paid. Worst customer service and they’ll take forever to rerun your deposit. Would not wish a stay here on anyone. Be very careful if you want to take a room here.”

“Never trust on the sales person. He’ll tell you anything to just close the deal. Please don’t suffer & just don’t come. No good food quality and 5 kg limit of cloth wash that will be completed in 1 time bcz their weights are already fixed on the app. No support email or phone number you will find even on the website. Total building strength-135 but only ~70 seats are filled. Also after the contract sign, noone will help you with rent (if increase) & anything.”

“I’m currently staying in this PG, and honestly, it has been a very disappointing experience. For the amount they charge (₹13,000 for a 3-sharing room), the facilities and maintenance are far below acceptable standards. The housekeeping is terrible. Rats are seen in the kitchen, dining area, and even in the parking space. The food is no better-there are flies and cockroaches in it most of the time. When you raise these issues with the Resident Captain, they have no idea what’s going on and don’t take any action. Electricity is not included in the rent, and the charges are much higher than what you normally pay in Karnataka. There’s also no proper laundry facility. They charge ₹50 per kg, which is way more expensive than nearby vendors. The internet is limited to just 110 GB per month, and the speed is very slow. If you need more data, you have to pay extra. In today’s time, this is just not practical, especially when wifi brands like Jio and Airtel offer unlimited data. The rooms are also very small and not worth the rent we’re paying. There’s barely any space to move around, and it doesn’t feel like value for money at all.”

“Really baddest pg you can ever choose because I was faced a huge issue due to security reasons and if you're a women please don't jump into these kind of pg because you will live with fear, and it took almost a month for me to get into concerned people working under this stanza and also about the cleanliness the washing area is the worst and also food was open 24x7 people even take food without washing hands and cleaning the room is once in a blue moon, and especially you pay 14k rent without electricity everytime you have to pay electricity in separate will make you poor it's not worth it”

Unseen Bharat★★★★★It is a TRAP ! They’ll charge you for anything like water, extra for electricity which you’re not using, etc after signing a contract so that you can’t even go. To top it off, the captain (caretaker) here was not supportive, the food was of worst quality & insufficient quantity. No rules for electricity bill, like you have to pay blindly for water at the end of the month, for electricity before the month (much higher than govt rates)- if you don’t pay, your internet should be turned off. Internet is limited to 100 gb but you’ll just get 30% of it & after that noone will help you. The internet was also I felt over consumption it showed. Big part- No Support from anywhere, even you can check their website’s section of “existing user”. In app, fixed chatbot so you can’t contact. PLEASE DON’T COME IN THIS TRAP, IT IS DEPRESSING.

No water supply Faulty washing machines. Exorbitant fees for subpar amenities. High electricity charges. Management is unresponsive to concerns. Single Sharing Room – Rent is up to 30,000 INR. Double Sharing Room – Rent is 15,000 INR. Triple Sharing Room – Rent is around 13,000 INR. Additional Charges: Electricity Charges: The electricity charge is calculated at 1 unit of electricity being equal to 14 rupees . Water Charges: There are also separate water charges, which are typically added on top of the rent. Additionally, there is a common room charge, which is also included in our bills. Whether the residents charge their electric scooters or use lobby lights, all these charges are added to our bills. *The management promptly sends payment reminders but fails to provide basic facilities. Skye Jay★★★★★I am living here and have lived here for 9+ months. Only join this property if you want to burn a hole in your pocket and waste money. Rent is super expensive for bare minimum facilities, and they hike the rent by 5% every 3 months. Food is bad. Cleaning doesn't happen regularly unless you push the staff. Now they are charging electricity and water bill separately. They don't cover it in ₹17, 000 monthly rent. Electricity bill comes to be closer to 1500 a month.

So on every month for two days there is no electricity and water . Food: better than other pg in HSR. Not justified for price. Water: often shortage. When it’s time to return your deposit, they don’t do it on time. I’m warning you all—please don’t fall into this trap. I’ve suffered, and I don’t want the same for you. There’s no reliable internet, the hygiene is terrible, and there’s hair in the food every single time. The food is poorly cooked, and overall, it’s just a terrible experience.

The RC- Sumit who is very rude and never ready to accept his mistakes,doesn’t know anything about handling a property and resident. I am attaching two pictures to prove their mismanagement with food. Picture 1- This is my report from Apollo hospital which shows i have food poisoning. When i had told RC-Sumit about this issue he said thar the issue is only with u and nobody has ever complained regarding food. That’s not the reply you expect from a RC. There are 1000s of better ways could have replied and provided assurance. Picture 2- shows a hair in the food which is very common and don’t expect RC to take action on this. Other problems include Power cuts, water shortages to which the management has no resolution.
