“A sincere review on my stay with Vaishnavi PG, this also includes the experience of my friends who stayed there. Even after paying rent on time, the owner treats us as if we're staying here for free. We have no right to ask for anything without her becoming aggressive and shouting at us. She's also taken a deposit of 10k,which she refuses to return when we leave. Additionally, she randomly cancels food without agreeing to deduct the cost from our rent. When we joined, she promised four days of non-vegetarian food per week, but we end up getting only four pieces of chicken per week, with no fish. During Hindu festivals, she doesn't provide non-vegetarian food. The living conditions are also subpar, with issues like improper fan maintenance, a broken washroom flush, and inadequate cleaning.Lack of hygiene is a serious issue to me noted.If we try to bring up any of these problems, she becomes aggressive and starts shouting.”

Before joining I had paid 8 k as deposit. hygiene problem in rooms and wash room same thing about water supply, repeated and tasteless food. she hadn't told about notice period on joining, later while we are leaving she refused to give our deposit back that was assured to be returned while leaving also when we told our problems she said keralites aren't good enough for this pg and next time onwards won't choose keralites here. She is rude in nature and won't accept a mistake and keep arguing till she make her side perfect.

Ravishashtri★★★★★This is an Honest review Two stars only because the place was nice, room is very small, not well ventilated so during summers it gets very hot. It won’t be well furnished. The owner is a cunning and rude person, no sympathy at all. He’s quite selfish and egoistic. This man charges rent for the months that you’re not staying ?? Make it make sense sure you have your ways to make money but this is just cheating, electricity is very expensive. Any time you ask him questions he responds saying” why are you asking all these questions now” completely unprofessional and rude behavior. Think twice before shifting here
