“Absolutely worst experience. 1.Food Quality: The food is barely edible, resembling prison cafeteria meals. Same food menu continues daily which you can't even eat. 2.Maintenance: Maintenance is atrocious, with repairs taking forever and often not even properly addressed. 3.Owner Attitude: The owner is incredibly rude and disrespectful towards tenants, showing no regard for their concerns or well-being. 4.Area Condition: The surrounding area is a complete slum, characterized by noise, crime, and filth, making it an undesirable place to live. 5. Safety deposit money The pg broker initially ask for the deposit money around 5k to 8k Remember you won't get that amount back but he will tell you that you will get at the end of your agreement but he won't give u single rupee.”

“One of the worst pg I have ever seen in my whole life My experience was very worst. The Great owner will come to the PG in 1st to 05th of every month for collecting money( Bhayya paisa dedo, bayya paisa dedo…….. he will repeat it until we make payment). Otherwise, he won’t visit the pg. Owner appointed one manager in the pg, even manager don’t know how many members are in the pg, rooms there in the pg.he is always roaming another pg. manager are always eat from outside and sleep in the pg. come to the cleaning, I don’t know why manager is paying for the cleaning boy. The cleaning boy just come and clean each room within 1 minute. He is not properly cleaning the room and toilet. Just simply showing he is cleaning the PG in front of the owner. Even owner and stupid manager never check whether they are cleaning or not . to the owner-kindly spend at least 1 hour to check the neatness of the pg in a week. They have one cook who doesn’t know how to cook. No kitchen is there, the servant needs to bring the food from another place. We must request servant to bring the food. Worst ever,No proper management Not a good pg to stay. Not worth of money”

Bhavesh M★★★★★Am newcomers here There are lots of things that i realise are not there as the owner mentioned in the about section on power backup But there is no such thing as power backup Plus the day I came it's been 3 months since I never used the lift as it gets an issue all the times Food is also not good Also the cleaning is not that good The cleaner just does the upper cleaning Location wise is great but living here is not.
