The rent keeps on increasing like stock market. Even if we opt for lock in period of 1 year, they still increase the rent every month in the name of electricity bill. They building is still fully occupied, yet they keep on increasing. I complained a lot to the customer service, there is no reaponse. Initially it was 8000 including electricity bill. Now in this month i have to pay 9300. Only to run a fan, tv, lights and a common fridge and induction stove, how can they charge 1300 to an individual. They just do fake talks at beginning, then they show true colors. Not at all fair. I am putting notice. God knows how much they are going to deduct from my deposit. PLEASE DONT JOIN ZOLO.

Surrounding is good and peaceful, cleanliness is good. But main cons are: 1. Food and management is very bad. Those two are the main reasons for giving single star rating. Food quality is bad and food is made too early in the evening, so its not fresh. The response to the service and maintenance request is very poor. Lift is in non working state since more than a week but no response from management, they only know to collect rent on time. 2. Recently there was theft of belongings in PG but there was no one to take action or responsibility, they told that CCTV was not working during theft time.

Worst service. Even worse than 5k avg pg in bangalore. They have amenities like lift that never works. Customer care won't ever respond. They charge you extra for electricity but won't tell you while renting. Food menu is different but when you opt for it they will provide different menu. And trust me when i say this, that customer care support is worst of all. You can't complain anywhere.

Worst PG ever. They don't respond at all to any of your complaints. In my tenure the lift has not been working here for the last 45 days and I've been complaining and following up for the last one month but to no avail. It's way overrated and they do not provide the service they commit. Also, one important thing to keep in mind is this area is sort of a neglected outer area which is quite but under a huge high tension electricity write with only one entry/exit road that has a huge crater perfect for a massive water logging. And many services also don't serve this area like Blinkit, Domino's etc. Don't come here.

Over Priced..not recommended. Don't get trapped in their discount scheme, discount is for first month only. 2 Sharing - 9500 + Food (3000) 3 Sharing - 6500 + Food (3000) Deposit amount - 3000 When other nearby PG are providing food+stay at 300-400 Per head, they are providing only stay at 500 per head.. for food you have to pay extra. If you are someone who is new in the area, I would recommend you to find a PG where you can get food as well so that you can save some money.

Over priced. Maintenance issues always. Either it’s lift or sometimes water. Maintenance is too bad and paying around 10k per month without food isn’t worth it. They don’t have ample space for parking too. It’s getting congested day by day. Lift isn’t working from 2 weeks and there is no response from customer care. Look for other alternatives

Don't get trapped by seeing at the things !! Trust me most of them are no use and never work even if it works it will stop within 10 days. Its been almost a more than a month ..this is the 2nd time the lift gone faulty and even after multiple chase and tickets raised by the Zolo residents there is no update nor they worried to send a technician. Leave the topic of fixing they are aren't care about sending anyone to find the issue. Since i moved this is the 2nd time the lift is shut , (the 1st issue was fixed after a month) and again gone shut within 10 days of fixing it . Every time when asked (care taker) by when the issue will be fixed you get only response ..GOD KNOWS or Raise a ticket . As if we don't have any work or we are here to increase the ticket count of zolo service desk , even if something is wrong in common area i don't why its been asked to raise a ticket by customers. The price is too high for such a worst maintenance for this property . ******* TV :- which is no use just for name sake it is a TV , when you try to stream , nothing works. (there is no DTH connection available ) Wifi :- Max speed you get is 14 to 15 Mbps (your mobile hotspot is more worth than

Over priced and no transparency! My room was full of cockroaches till i left the PG. Actual PG rent is not displayed until final step. GST for electricity, water & some maintenance charges which they don't disclose properly. Charges for notifying PG 1 month before exiting. Charges for exiting PG

So much fraud Zolo PG. Frequent power cuts, Theft of belongings, Wi-Fi repairs, Lift repairs and the stupid Zolo managers don’t care and will take more than 2 or 3 weeks to respond and tend to any repairs. So much dissatisfaction living here. Unprofessional PG room management by Zolo. Also while joining the PG they won’t tell all details like electricity bill, and other things. And they have some buggy Zolo app which does not work properly.

I don't recommend any zolo, trust it's not about neatness or room size you will get it here and why not you are paying 50% more than any other PG . But we still pay more because of their commitments and customer service and pls trust both are big failure because when you ask for the facilities commited they will not respond ask for compensation for no providing the commited facility they will not respond but if you miss to pay rent for one day they will charge extra. Surprisingly if you respond them back asking their wrong commitment they will never answer but in the same ticket they will never miss to talk about pending rent he he he he he ...funny 🤣 know but thats fact . My ticket is pending since 16th Feb and today is 3rd April. So go where ever but don't trust zolo and their false commitment. Thanks Amit
