Owner carried on construction work in my room for more than half of my one month stay, plus charged 1000 bucks maintenance without any hesitation. Was looking to charge 300 Rs because I stayed one day late. The only quality rooms are the ones in new building which cost more, esp. Single room. The rest are all hopeless.

Good PG to stay . The owner is very kind towards the people and Room is neat. They clean the floor daily. He provided GYM , vending machines , play areas for games etc.(Next door co living space) Improvement needed in mess Food.

I have been staying in this PG for about 9 months now. And my experience so far is good, the building I'm in is well maintained. Only issue is the ventilation in the room isn't enough but it's not a deal breaker. The owner Indra Anna is a good person and he takes suggestions and complaints seriously so I have not faced any issues. There's parking space in the buildings and a common kitchen (where guests from all 3 buildings dine). The WiFi connection used to be very good but nowadays it's not that reliable to do wfh calls and so on, hope that gets fixed soon.
