This PG has two blocks, make sure to join block B. The block A has a different owner now, and the condition is pathetic here. Till last month it had the same owner and staff. The service was much better back then. At this point its miserable. Powerbackup is never turned on, room is not cleaned properly, very frequently the internet stops working.

This PG will not give you the depost amount 12000₹ back. Please don't give deposit amount without a formal agreement. The PG is not well maintained highly overrated. The food is cooked by someone else and is brought to the PG. I had a terrible experience I didn't recieve my deposit amount. Plus the whole management is rude

Terrible PG, Overpriced, No maintenance, bad food, no hygiene And most importantly they have a Bed bugs problem which is very disgusting, Management will not respond to any of your queries they will just come to your room at the beginning of the month for rent.

Disgusting food (always find small stones and uncooked food and taste is terrifying), 1 months barely eat this food then use to eat out at restaurants only, cleaning was initially ok not good but after 2-3 months it becomes terrifying they do clean room twice a week but promise for daily cleaning also never clean balcony, and cockroach 🪳 are big problem in room and washroom everywhere makes everywhere unhygienic, and if we have vehicle which yes I was having a bike so rats will chew all wies of bikes which happened with me, which cost very expensive to me, I did complant but nothing changed for anything and after 4 months I left

Pg staying is average no privacy nothing. One thing is they are increasing rent with same facilities like wifi, lift , 3 times food, cleaning, washing machine but in addition other pgs you will find small game activities and chilling place and kitchen also. So i think this is not worthy for the price range. But if you don't need any additional facilities you can go for this Pg. Thank you
