I recently stayed at Shivani Classic Living, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish. The place is poorly maintained, with dirty common areas and uncomfortable furniture. Maintenance issues were frequent, and even after reporting them, nothing was addressed in a timely manner. It felt like the place was falling apart, and no effort was made to improve the living conditions. What made this experience even worse was the manager. The manager was rude, unhelpful, and completely uninterested in resolving any issues. Whenever I tried to bring up concerns, whether it was about cleanliness or basic amenities, I was met with a dismissive attitude. Communication was terrible, and the manager never seemed to care about the residents’ well-being or comfort. Overall, this place is a huge letdown. With poor facilities and a manager who doesn’t care about the residents, I wouldn’t recommend Shivani Classic Living to anyone. There are far better options out there that actually value their residents and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

It has been the worst experience asking for deposit. It has been a month since I left the pg still haven't got my deposit back, they don't pick call and confronting through WhatsApp they'll just say it'll be transferred to u in few hours.

People be careful I have lived there for almost 2 years and now 7th of june I left the pg they said you will get your deposit in one month, I called them after a month, they replied with next week then Sunday then now at 2pm they told me you will get your money by night.. the time right now 11pm still waiting for my money.

I had a very disappointing experience at Sivani Classic PG for Gents. The manager’s behavior is extremely rude, unprofessional, and particularly biased against North Indian residents, which is unacceptable. He often promises to fix issues like showers, switches, and other amenities, but nothing ever gets resolved. It’s all talk with no action. His attitude is unfriendly, and dealing with him is frustrating. If you’re coming from the North or expect basic professionalism and respectful communication, I strongly recommend look for other options. Avoid this place.

I was looking for a good pg to stay and came across Shivani pg. When I enquired about the pg to the people staying there I was shocked to hear the problems they are facing here with food and very bad drinking water. In the time of new virus spread in Bangalore a pg without clean drinking water is not a recommended one. I would strongly suggest please avoid places like this, where the essentials are not essentially taken care of.
