“This is the worst PG ever. Rooms and toilets are never clean.and the rent is too expensive.the owner is very greedy that he will say anything for money.the advance money won't be returned back. For maintenance he will charge more than the advance money.Water won't be available most of the times. The owner charges different rent amount according to person.i would never refer anyone to this pg.believe my words, and please don't make the same mistake I did by staying there.”

“Most worst pg in this area... U have other better options.in sake of room facilities pg owner is charging different rent from each individual.no proper ventilation for rooms.there is no attached bathroom facility for suit room too.. provided washrooms are in third floor and not in proper hygiene. Owner will make false promise on maintenance. Nothing will work. Most of the time water issue is common in this pg.both drinking and washroom water too.. advance payment of next month money before 5 days of next month is most hectic.pg owner is too money minded. He will find some excuse to get money.without any maintainence he will ask 500 per month maintainence.no facilities like tv,wifi,wifi,washing machine... It's waste to take 4 sharing room without food for 4500 +500 maintainence per month.Rent may different among individual s☺️. U can choose other 2 sharing with food for this price. Don't believe on false promises of owner.”

No water avaipable.....no housekeeping for 2 months washrooms were dirty when i entered to pg..told too many times but still owner ignores everytime.....always asking for money
