Bed bugs, Cockroaches, Rats are more than the people living in the PG. 5. No hot water, water quality is also not good. 6. PG is not maintained well, infrastructure is worst.

Worst food, worst setvice by the owner and staffs. Full of bed bugs and rats in PG. Food is pathetic. If you go and have a look at dining area at the night, you can see at least 10-20 rats roaming! Only good thing is its near to ITPL back gate. There are other good PGs around, better to take one of them. You need to inform them for vacating the room before 30 days, if you miss by even one day they will charge for it.

Stayed there for months and got many cons with no perks other than near to ITPL Some are: 1 & 2. Water shortage almost every other day and in that scenario you have to go to the 6th floor by stairs because lift will not work as well on every other day😂 3. Food is okayish except few days. 4. In addition to that cleaning services are also not appropriate, the service will come after a week sometime. 5. The bed bug issue is also there and because of that you can’t sleep in the night than how you suppose to work the next day in office. And also cockroaches 🪳 are there everywhere even sometimes in foods as well they will be roaming. 6. No proper maintenance of the room if something is broken in your room, No one is going to replace that after many complaints to the owner as well. 7. Every other month the owner will change so most of the time owner won’t be there to listen anything. 8. If you are drying your towel after wiping your face than you have to go to 6th floor for drying it and again after if you need it after washing your hands than first bring the towel back or have separate towel and repeat the process. ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌ Worst PG in ITPL area. Food is worst here, you can see mouse lizards roaming in Kitchen everywhere. Lots of Bed bugs are in Bed, they will don't change. they will tell you to manage. Irregular price, someone is paying 6000 and someone 8000 for same room. Owner sleep near gate always and always lock the main gate in night. So rude behaviour of owner and staff. This PG is an absolute disaster. From the moment you step inside, it’s all a deceptive façade. The ground floor may look decent, but that’s just a cheap trick to lure people in. The reality? Horrendous. The food is revolting—barely edible, and definitely not fit for anyone. The beds? Might as well be sleeping on rocks. And don’t even get me started on the so-called “cleaning.” It’s like they haven’t heard of hygiene at all. That owner? She’s the worst part. She’ll sweet talk you, brainwashing you into thinking it’s the best PG around, but it’s all lies. In reality, this place is worth nothing—ZERO. An absolute nightmare.

Please go through every single point. (At the end I will suggest you something (which I got to know&used to follow based on my own past experience) to find good pg. Note: Be aware of pg owner. Worst behaviour. They will change there words according to the situation 101%(Be carefull, please take care of your wealth(money 💰)) -Completely waste of money, -No neatness, -No maintenance -You can see Lot of cockroaches, bedbugs everywhere (near dining area, bed room, washroom, even I have seen cockroaches in underground water storage area where we need to use the stored water for bathing, handwash, cleaning anything) 🤮😷. -Cockroaches 🪳 will entertain you in live, while eating food 😂🤢😷 - As a software employees, health is wealth for us. (Ofcourse as a human too) Health is our first priority. so, save yourself from this pg. - If you choose this pg, you will experience worst food ever. Worst ever PG I have stayed in. The owners stay there in PG but will never look over the quality/quantity/taste of food prepared. Very arrogant in nature. South indians will definitely sufffer a lot in terms of food quality on the other hand they do charge equally with all other pg's. And the cost differs from person to person. The same sharing rooms will be rented out with various costs.😇 Finally if you go to owners for any resolution on any issues. U will thrown out. Owner is very arrogant in nature. Stayed there for two months - Highly disappointed!!
