“I stayed at this PG for 7 months, and unfortunately, my experience was not a pleasant one. The owner's management skills were lacking, and he only mentioned the rules and regulations after I had paid the advance amount. Moreover, when I left the PG, he cut 50% of the amount, which was very unfair. I cannot comment much on the food as I hardly got it due to my late working hours and waking up late in the morning. However, I was extremely disappointed with the living conditions. Even though I paid without seeing the room, the room I stayed in was supposed to be a 2 sharing, but it turned out to be a 4 sharing with only one bathroom. This made it very difficult for us to use the bathroom, and we often had to wait in a queue. Additionally, the placement of the toilet seat in front of a beam was very uncomfortable, especially for heavier people. Overall, my stay at this PG was not worth it. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I hope the owner takes steps to improve the living conditions for his tenants in the future.”

“Worst experience From the last 6 months I was here in this PG. The owner is an irresponsible man. he is not capable of taking care.He always reminds us about the rent dates but not providing basic services. The owner is a rude and greedy person. The food is fairly ok but sometimes he provide unhygienic and old food. He have very good wifi modem in every floor without internet connection.He is only dedicated to money no service giving, There is no other kerala PGs near that so he is taking it as an advantage.The owners rude behavior forced me to vacate the room.He doesn't provide any maintenance services but he reduces money for his personal benefits, i.e Advance amount is not refunded. We are giving money to provide all the facilities assured but he is not providing it properly. I vacated the room because of the torture of the owner. He is only money minded and don't provide anything properly. We are paying the money then why we have to adjust when we ask for any services he will get angry and threaten us and will say if you can't adjust then leave the PG NB :- It is not personal its all from my own experience, and advance paid is not given back. I am giving 1 star for the pavam ”

People usually gets sick from eating here.. A dozen of people shifted to nearby royal pg where food is good compared to this. I won't suggest you to stay in this pg

Suraj Narayanan★★★★★Really horrible experience. The owner named Baiju is a real fraud. Stayed this pg for 3 months..Food prepared is by a bihari cook without no proper hygiene. He will serve food which is 2 3 days old...He will take money as advance and will not return back.. All the five star rating are done through owners family friends. Beware once you try to look this pg..Room is congested and no proper ventilation...would have rated zero if there is an option for that...

Abhiram K★★★★★For the first, this is not PERSONAL to....,all from my experience I stayed here for 6 months, Food is adjustable,some days food is very very very bad,kothu porrota is wonderful after eating kothu porotta....you will have a good time 🚽..... No wifi most of time, Owner is irresponsible though complaint given He is not providing the basic needs, He have very good wifi range in ever floor with out internet connection. Washing machine is there but it is not working that's the speciality of this pg, everything is there but not working Owner is greedy . Area is not good, NB: Advance amount is not refundable
