I had a terrible experience at this PG. They don't provide hot water, and the lift is often switched off, forcing residents to climb 4 floors on foot. The food is only cooked once in the afternoon, serving both lunch and dinner, which is very inconvenient. The owner is extremely arrogant and uncooperative. Considering the rent, I think it's overpriced and not worth it. The PG also lacks basic amenities like power backup, resulting in frequent current fluctuations. I would recommend exploring alternative options, such as renting a 1BHK house, which might be a more peaceful and cost-effective choice. Additionally, there is no designated parking space for bikes within the PG premises, and the lack of surveillance cameras raises serious safety concerns. If you're considering staying here, be aware of these issues and take necessary precautions at your own risk.
