“I had a very disappointing experience with Stanza Living. I paid ₹6000 as an advance to book a room. However, during the visit, we found that the rooms had a serious bedbug issue. This concern was communicated clearly to the sales representative, William Dennis, who assured us that the problem would be completely resolved within a day. Unfortunately, even after waiting for three long days, no proper action was taken. Only superficial dusting was done, and the bedbug issue was not resolved at all. It was extremely stressful and disappointing, especially after paying the advance amount. If you don’t want to waste your money and go through unnecessary stress and tension, I would strongly suggest avoiding booking at this location. Basic hygiene and pest control should not be compromised in a co-living space.”

And now you have to fill out two forms just to give it for laundry that takes too much time. The Internet lags too much at night, costs higher than it should be and the food used to come late along with the previous persisting issue of the lack of cutlery. The microwave was also waterlogged, toaster unresponsive and utterly broken. The lift is probably a safety hazard, the staff unresponsive, the electricity cost per unit higher than usual, rooms are cramped,lots of cockroaches everywhere... Syeda Nida Fatma★★★★★I am currently living in this PG, and the services are extremely poor. There is no washing machine, and the laundry system is terrible—they don’t even wash clothes properly. Apart from that, visitors are not allowed. If you are living alone in Bangalore and you want to spend time with your friends or enjoy weekends, that is not possible here, they don’t allow outsider as they don’t have any policy, even they dont also know The mess always smells very bad where we are supposed to eat, and the food is awful. Even after paying so much, I still have to order food from outside. How many more issues should I even mention?

Rahul V Shetty★★★★★I stayed at Modesto House (Stanza Living) and moved out on June 2, 2025. As per their own terms, the security deposit is supposed to be refunded within 45 days. It’s now been 63 days, and I still haven’t received a single rupee. What’s worse is the complete lack of accountability and communication. I tried following up multiple times, but the RC Aman has been avoiding my calls, and no one else from the Stanza team is responding either. Emails are ignored, support channels are useless, and there’s no escalation path. This isn’t just a delay, it’s clear they are avoiding refunding my money deliberately. If this is how they treat residents after move-out, it says everything about how they operate. If you're considering staying at Stanza Living, be warned: they do not honor their own policies, and once you leave, you’re on your own. Highly disappointed. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Golu★★★★★My experience has been disappointing. The food quality is not good, and despite promising a dedicated RC for the property, there isn’t one. They claim to provide laundry, but they removed the washing machines and the laundry service is terrible. My sports clothes often come back with tears or loosened elastics, and it’s unclear how they are washing them. Water coolers also don’t function properly. These issues are common, yet every time we report something, they just tell us to raise a ticket instead of doing any routine checks themselves. Overall, the maintenance and service quality are far below expectations.

Still no way to raise your concern or get issues resolved. Every time I get someone's number to talk to and get a resolution they stop receiving calls. I didn't mean to say but Stanza is really a **SCAM**.

Breakfasts timing is 7.30 to 9.00 am but if you want to have breakfast then you have to come at 7.30 for breakfast if you go for breakfast at 8.30 or after before 9.00 am you will not get food they will say food is finished you need to come early. Same with dinner. They dont guarantee the food availability according to time food availability depends on who wakeup early.

The refund is still pending, when asked for the process, the standard app doesn't help at all. There is no point of contact. It is extremely frustrating

I paid 20k for my deposit and also I was suppose to receive my refund in 45 days but it's not true. they just keep it in their pockets. Plus the sales coordinator shashnlank is not responsive even tho I have enquired. If you want to stay in a better pg just avoid stanza

Smith Parkhe★★★★★The cluster manager was quite rude and unwelcoming. We were told on the website that they've got vacancy for 3 beds for guys, but the cluster manager denied the same and said that it's all full. He could've been a little more well mannered. Keeping a good environment is only half the work, unless the caretaker/managers are not courteous enough to visitors.
