“Rooms were very dirty and dusty, there is no geyser(hot water ) for non AC rooms. they try to push for twin bed first, we had called and confirmed for queen size bed but they provided twin bed .. after a lot of request and showing the dirty bed and dusty room , they did provide another room in which AC was there (converted into non AC) but hot water was not available, next day they wanted us to shift to another room, because they had AC booking, we had to change again to other room which was also dirty and dusty, with dirty wardrobe (pieces of bones inside it) which was not cleaned, which was very inconvenient... felt unsafe and very stressful stay.”

Panish Mk★★★★★Stay was okay. Lot of mosquitoes inside room, we were totally four in number with two kids, couldn’t get proper sleep overnight. No mesh installed for windows to prevent entering of mosquitoes inside room. Staffs are not trained to assist customers. They don’t have liquidators or mosquito repellent alternatively. Checkin time was 12PM, room was not cleaned even by 3pm when we arrived, we were asked to wait for 15 mins since the cleaning was under process. Not worth for money. I don’t recommend as they look like new to this field. Even location is not suitable for family with kids as there are limited or ver less restaurants nearby.
