Al though the hotel room was clean and comfortable, I am giving 0 stars bcoz they demanded from our group leader via a WhatsApp message that we leave 5 star reviews. Instead, they should have asked if we had a pleasant stay, and requested us to leave a review about our experience. They assumed that our stay was pleasant. We were a group of 24 members that included 4 kids. And in their WhatsApp they said that they expected 20 positive reviews from us. Absolutely uncouth high-handed behaviour! They said that they had given us a good price. They expected the "favour" to get returned via +ve reviews. There was no favour as far as pricing was concerned! I have stayed in many cities in our country and I can tell that a similar room could have been got for INR500 less than what they had charged us. We had to beg them for extra mattresses thrice and they were provided late at night at 11pm when I was about to sleep on the floor on a mat I had carried. There was an elderly gentleman at the reception who was kind. And another boy the next day in the morning who was also kind.

I recently spent a day at this hotel with my family, and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the overall service and amenities. If you're expecting a 3-star experience, this may not meet your expectations. Pros: 1. The hotel is conveniently located on the main road, close to the city center. 2. The hotel manager was friendly and even upgraded one of our rooms at no extra cost (out of a total of four rooms). 3. They offer elevator access, and staff are available to help with luggage. 4. The staff manager was helpful in suggesting nearby attractions and assisting with cab bookings. Cons: 1. There’s no designated parking; guests must park on the main road. 2. The hotel doesn't manage its own restaurant, so avoid booking with meals included. Breakfast options were extremely limited (only one dosa or idli), despite being labeled as "complimentary" for an extra charge of 700 INR. 3. The deluxe room cleanliness was lacking, with dusty bedsheets, towels, lamps, and windows. Requests for replacements were met with equally unclean items. 4. Basic amenities like dental and shaving kits were not provided, giving the feel of a 1-star experience. 5. Only half the lights in the elevat

Poor Service and Uncleaned rooms. Its like 1 Start hotel. Please avoid this place. Attached restaurant is not poor in food and high in cost. Hotel staff have limitted availability. Windows are too dusty. Hotel staff do not clean it. They do not have own restaurant so avoid booking with meals as you will be tied up with them and they provide limited meal from very poor restaurants. Its better to book other place.

Opted to stay here cause of 4star but in reality it's not worth to spend sooooo much for a dirty smelling bedsheets & pillow covers which is the necessity! Also the parking is outside on the road. Even rooms are not spacious if you compare the price they charge. Most important please note, if there is emergency or anyone need anything, nobody is available at the reception after 12am.

Neither hygiene nor parking available, need to wait daily an hour to park far away in that road, as the hotel doesn't have any parking so again need to park in front of the hotel at night around 11pm when parking in available. So its a on-street parking on your own risk. #No proper amenities(no proper lighting, kettle, tissues, bathroom door wasn't closing, no ventilators or exhaust fans for wash rooms).

Not upto the mark! the hotel is located right in the city centre , close to the mall , restaraunts and shopping around. but dont blindly book this hotel as posted online. the room given to us was on the 1st floor which had a balcony overlooking the main road. the rooms were OK not great at all, the bedding looked stained, there were cobwebs and dust around the curtains and corners. the balcony door blinds was broken, the towels were stained, the handwash was empty, the kettle was dirty, the glasses were stained, had to ask for the ac remote, toiletries were not provided, the bathroom light was fused.parking was a pain as you have to park on the road and each day the parking changes on either sides. the staff dont have a clue to handle things . bad experience

Another big problem is parking...Since they don't have parking space, you need to wait till late at night to get parking outside overall not at all a good experience

The place is good but I had a bad experience with late night receptionist. I had already called them to notify that i will checkin late. But when we reached the hotel the receptionist spoke like we are visiting to his house uninvited. Who wants to goto a a hotel when they are being rude and unprofessional with customers. Not going back here!

Not a good experience with Maharaja inn hotel. No parking facility. We had to wait 1 hour outside on road to park vehicle and nobody is responding for parking issue. Room beds were not good. Overall bad experience.
