Went to this property to spend some good time with Friends for the New Year’s. Our disappointment began from the entry to the property where the owner was not even bothered to greet us, no welcome drink , rooms weren’t ready even when they knew we were arriving. Property is beautiful, lush greens , well maintained pool and good space for kids to play. And that’s it, these were the only plus points In a span of 3 days we were served burnt dal, spoilt chutney, previous days’s manchurian, uncooked omelettes and over fried buns. The owner lady was least bothered to check the quality of food but promptly came and checked that the food wasn’t eaten and started shouting at her staff. How can they even serve such unedible food to guests . Two of us had stomach upset after eating the food and after informing that all she did was commenting that we and our kids were too sensitive. We have been to many homestays and this is the first time we were made to feel so unimportant by the owners. The staff would prepare food and dump in the pans whether or not we were ready to eat and they were least bothered to even inform that the food was ready. This place does not even be rated 1 out of 5. Since I don't have that option, giving 1 rating. If anyone has given 5 rating to this home stay, then they are just doing false marketing so people like us fall prey to them. Cons 1. Worst service - No professionalism, rude staff 2. Food - Pathetic food. They serve you stale food. For breakfast, they served left over rice from previous days dinner, kitchen staffs don't even listen to what we say, they give you evening starters only if you keep asking, they don't bother about customer satisfaction and service . They did not serve the starters and when we questioned about it during checkout, the in charge does not even listen and instead of taking feedback and taking corrective action, not ready to listen just says thr is no such complaints till date . 3. Tv - they don't have proper internet service 4. Owner does not bother about customer service or to correct anything about feedback. They are just money minded. Pros 1. Property is lush green as per pictures and that's the only positive thing about this place If you are able to arrange your own food without dependent on this home stay, then you can try this place at your own risk

Went to celebrate New years with friends to Silvergate. We were 11 families and had booked the entire property. We were very happy to c the property, which is undoubtedly beautiful. But the food and service totally ruined the experience for us. They most definitely served us stale food. One time daal was totally burnt and had a bad smell. Another time chutney was made using spoilt coconut. They served us Gobi Manchurian from the previous night. And when we realized it and complained, the owner conveniently passed on the blame to the staff. When we asked biscuits with tea , they said they don't hv. I am so disgusted that i can go on n on.... Both my son and me had a stomach upset, and had to survive on curd rice for rest of the days. We were very let down by the attitude of the owner who was very indifferent and didn't even bother to check on us once.

Very unhappy with the quality and taste of food...zero hospitality...we had booked the entire space for 10 families. The owners did not bother to even check the minimum needs and had served stale food. Food was not at all worth the price charged. The same though was brought to the notice of the owners there was no response from their end. The owners did not even enquire about our comfort. We dont recommend this homestay for anybody.

Our new year was totally ruined in dis property. Very poor hospitality. Owners are least bothered about the guest.. They served ur burnt and stale food and d owner was least bothered to check it inspite of complaining about it. Owner didn't cum and ask about our comfort r needs atleast once.. Washroom is not maintained properly. Very bad experience.. Stay away from this.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY! the pictures may seem nice but really not that great! food were not that great, the Bathrooms were 🤮 so bad,they dint provide us with any soap or shampoo and the only good part was i guess the pool and campire, campfire also wasnt that good, i expected better seating arrangments. and the beds werent comfy,the house was really dusty.NOT WORTH IT IM TELLING!

The road to reach destiny is pathetic, the price is tooo high for the service they provide. Food is good only for the first time, as the owner don’t want to waste the food, they serve the same food in different ways for next time. In our visit many of our team members got stomach upset very badly. The rooms are good and clean, but poor facility on water bottle, bath room requirements. Need to carry your own. Think twice before finalising, not worth at all for the price. Our visit here for New year and service is careless..

We also experienced same as Arvin group experienced. Road to reach homestay was too bad. Food was pathetic and with very less items. First of all no options in food and over that owner didn't wanted to waste the food, they serving left over food. We went to celebrate new year and in our visit many of my friends got stomach upset and vomiting very badly. Still we are recovering from that. Any feedback given to owner wasn't accepted. Room service was really bad. Such a worst service we never experienced. Not worth for money and over that we spoiled our health. In review to Arvin comment =】 How the owner are saying they didn't expected so many customer? People would have booked early. Whatever it is when they give accommodation then rest all things needs to be handled properly else don't accept so many guest in your homestay.

Don't recommend the homestay. The owner quoted a certain price for the rental of the entire home stays for 3 days, and later when we visited all the way from Bangalore, he raised the quote by 1 lakh. Does not keep the same quote at all, and wasted an entire day and effort to go all the way to finalise the deal.

This place is not even in a proper location for tourism. It is way out of place. Please do not waste your money staying here not worth any penny. My friend lost his belongings staying here and the hotel staff does not show any effort to help him find it. Pathetic and disgusting experience with the staff, irresponsible! They Never respond to calls. I am already hating this place
