When I checked in at night there were no towels in the room so when I requested for towels, the person at reception gave me cold response stating he can only provide 1 towel due to laundry issue for double occupancy room and others are also having same issue while I saw there were 2 towels in other room when I was checking out. How can other person bathe without towel. He was least interested on this and doesn’t seem to care. No apologies nothing. Such service is not acceptable if you charge so much. Also no one picks the call at reception when you dial and you need to keep coming down to ask anything. He didn’t care about this as well. Bathroom and balcony had bugs. Room was ok. AC was good. Location is good near highway. This hotel USP is location and Kamat restaurant below for food. But you should be prepared for all these issues else it will spoil your mood the way it happened for me. I would have given high rating if this didn’t happen with me since location is excellent but this incident spoiled my mood. I wish they change their service after reading this review.

Really wonder how this hotel got such high ratings. Bed sheets and rollovers were dirty. The replacements provided were also dirty. Being near the highway with very poor noise isolation, the rooms are very noisy. The workarea desk does not have a power point. Its difficult to get autos. There is a Kamath hotel in the ground floor which is the only plus point.

Too many flies and insects were there when we visited this place. Maintenance is the issue and on food most of the south indian items were not available by 8 pm. And had to relie on north indian items. Taste wise it's good and at reasonable price. Only issue is with Maintenance which they to improve.

One of the worst hotels on Highway. Never expected such a hopeless service in Kamat. Ordered Idli and they took 15mins . Dosa received chilled …. Extra Chatney , 15mins required. No proper response from staff on the floor. Please avoid this hotel
