I’m attaching the picture they’ve provided online as well as a video of what the place actually looks like. The video doesn’t do justice to just how horribly maintained, unhygienic and falsely advertised this place is. The moment you enter, the smell of rotten food hits you like a slap in the face, much more putrid than you can imagine. Could not bear to stand there. Their prices mentioned on their website also differ vastly from what they actually offer. Their two sharing room is the size of a matchbox inside of the place shown in the video with just two beds and absolutely nothing else. Disappointed and disgusted to say the least.

Firstly the rooms do not look as they have been displayed on the website or on Google. They are absolutely worst. I opted for a private room and on the website I was given two options and I chose the one which was more expensive thinking it would be better only to know that they only had one room available in the whole building, the care taker and the resident manager both refused to show me the other rooms and persisted that this is the only available room in the building. The room had been cleaned in months together, the corners had dirty accumulated which was atleast an inch and a half thick. The room was filled with cockroaches and a very bad stench as the room hadn't been cleaned for a very long time. Too add on your flatmates smoke, drink and party so say goodbye to your good nights sleep. If it was only possible to give 0 stars I would most definitely would. I would not recommend even my worst enemy to stay here for a night. It was a terrible experience, please do not opt this place.

Worst pg ever,online pictures they provided is fake. In other words we are paying them to live in cockroach home. Maintenance is not good, after wiping d house they will only ask our phone to give the ratings in Zolo app. & low price bed was 5880₹ but after electricity & water bill tax etc it will be 7200₹ Underground parking will be flooded in rain after flood effect water is diesel mix

It is a scam, the cleaning staff is Good but the cluster manager Asir, He's arrogant and does not provide any assistance if any queries will be there. In App it is showing 5880 for so called 2 sharing but they charge for water, food and electricity apart from the charges which is shown in App. So my honest suggestion is that avoid Zolo iris if you can

Would give 0 stars if possible. If you are looking for a real review, here it is. It's not a good pg. The rooms are cramped up with no ventilation. Bathroom is as dirty as you can imagine it to be. Kitchen stinks with flies everywhere around. You pay 7k for the room and you have to pat extra for the food. Not worth the money. Worst experience.

Worst service and response from the manager and not worth the money at all . There are so many PG s nearby where you can avail all these facilities at the same price and too with good rooms. One time the whole wooden shelf in the kitchen fell to my head and luckily nothing bad happened just some minor laceration . The response from the manager was horrible . Things are not properly managed here . Old building , old rooms , old cupboards , and out of five washing machines only one work . It was my first time to banglore and hence I took the Pg which was shown first in the google search list . I would have gotten good Pg if I would have done some proper research.

However, upon arrival, I was asked to pay a token fee of Rs. 708, and the room shown to me was a 3-sharing room, which did not meet my expectations. This place was untidy, the paint from walls keeps on falling rooms were dirty and they will quote different price from which they mentioned in website, it's not at all worthy for the rooms they provide.. I suggest instead of joining here can go for some local pg or hostel that's far better than this and affordable

The Worst service given ever to the tenants. Earlier it was good but now the care takers are not at all responsible. It's been 1day and 8 hrs we are staying without water and electricity, literally not a single drop of water is there and we are struggling. The CTs are so careless, they don't even have the seriousness of the situation.But luckily after so many struggling hours finally we got electricity thanks to the Manager, he took time but did it. Apart from it for 6 months, we stayed without lift, they didn't repair we have to use stairs to reach 5th floor. Earlier, Iris was the best in the town but now it is the worst.

Worst experience by subscription for food here. Anyone wishes to stay, it's ok they are maintained. But can be improved on cleanliness and kitchen is so ugly they don't clean. Food subscription is a waste of money 2199 rupees. Food served is so bad, no taste, too bland. Not at all hot. Boring menu. It's like jail. Everyday chapathi. Mindless people deciding menu. 2 small vadas only for breakfast?? Idiots. No proper maintenance, every day or other day service issues. I would definitely not likely to recommend here anyone to stay or subscribing food.
