I received a call from Zoyo on 22nd Nov after submitting an inquiry on their portal. During the conversation, the agent, Chitra Roy, suddenly started laughing while talking to me. I was unwell and had a slight tongue-twist, but the behaviour felt very unprofessional. This is not the kind of service I expect from a company that should take customer interactions seriously.

I booked a space for my son in Zolo Templar but the stay was a nightmare. He exited the property in 2 days as they could not deliver the facilities which they shown in their website. The space is also not good for boys who stay as single as the coliving experience offered by Zolo could be misused by many of the other occupants. The worst experience is that they will close your service complaints without even attending to it. I am planning to issue a legal notice against them as I didnt receive any response against my genuine complaint to them. The photos of the common spcae which they offered to my son are attached here for the reference so that people can be cautious about their future booking with zolo.

Very bad service and highly unprofessional behavior. When I went to visit the Zolo Pepper property, a manager named Sanjay came to show me the room. Shockingly, he was fully drunk and spoke in a very crude and unprofessional manner. He even advised me not to book a private room online and instead asked me to contact him directly and pay him under the table for a lower rate. I was looking for a room for 4 days, and based on Zolo's reputation, I had high expectations. However, after visiting, I realized how poor their staff management is. There was another nearby property, Zolo Cinnamon, but my overall experience with Zolo was completely ruined because of that intoxicated staff member. Sanjay couldn’t even speak properly, and there was a strong smell of alcohol from him. This was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience with Zolo.

I was staying at Zolo Playa, Chennai. The management is not at all good & helpful. They misguided me with the wrong rent and were charging a lot as electricity bills. They didn't even inform me clearly about the deduction of the deposit amount & Zolo food was horrible.

They never provide any kind of service and the staff is very misbehaving. Managers are for the name only because they never do anything. Electricity is a huge issue. Food is of the worst quality and is wasted everyday as no one eats it. I will not recommend it to anyone as other pg are also available at very affordable prices.

Beware, Fraudsters!! who take your money never provide the service they charge the money for. I entered zolo unico on 27 November 2022 paid 30000 deposit, 590(leave and lease agreement fee) 4000 for November rent and 28000 for rent till 29dec 2022. All with receipt, i kept asking them about my agreement which they charged the money for and they kept on delaying and the day i left they straight away refused to provide one its been more than 2 weeks since i left and there is no sign of my even deposit coming back all i am forced to do is call them and explain my situation again and again to be told some random time which they never reply back. I have more proofs for everything which i am now filing for legal action against zolostays. Don't waste your money going to these goons.
