Worst experience ever. The bathroom was smelling badly, the pillow had hair on it, and even the pool was not cleaned. No mosquito repellent was provided, so the stay was uncomfortable right from the start. The food was terrible — cold, tasteless, and absolutely not worth the charges they ask for. Even after waiting half an hour for tea, we were ignored because staff gave priority to larger groups. When we asked, they just said “adjust” — but why should paying guests have to adjust? After all that waiting, the food was still disappointing, and with no online food delivery options nearby, we had no choice but to stay hungry at night. The staff pretend to listen but then disappear without doing anything. It genuinely felt like they don’t care about their guests at all. A complete waste of money and precious family time. I regret choosing this resort and will never recommend it to anyone.

How come the kitchen in a resort closes at 9 PM.it was a really disappointing experience. Rooms are ok, expect Millipede.snd it's normal for staff.

Worst Experience Ever – Do Not Book This Resort‼️ This is by far the worst resort I have ever visited. From the moment we arrived, everything went downhill. The service was absolutely terrible, the food was horrible and tasteless, and the staff’s behavior was shockingly rude and arrogant. The rooms were dirty and unhygienic – we had to clean them ourselves after reaching, which is completely unacceptable for a resort charging such high prices. The manager was greedy, cunning, and extremely arrogant. Instead of providing any help, he tried to take advantage of our situation and overcharged us heavily, just because he saw we had no other option. This place is a complete scam. No professionalism, no cleanliness, no courtesy. They only care about money, not about guests. I would strongly advise everyone NOT to waste their money here. There are plenty of better resorts where you’ll at least be treated with basic respect
