Very disappointing experience at Chamundi Comfort. The room and toilet were not cleaned properly, and there was a bad smell throughout the stay. The owner's behavior was rude and unprofessional, which made the experience even worse. I would not recommend this place to others.

Very poor of the owner to have accommodated a bar in the building ,very unpleasant for the localities, just look at the sites beside, lots of bottles thrown out,trash,plastic, no cleanliness, no civics sense ,please take care of it, very unsafe for sober people to talk around this hotel during day and night, drunkards roaming around near this hotel, please close the bar, it is very basic to know that bar shouldn't be permitted in the areas of schools and college and residence, just for the commercial purpose don't worsen this layout, chamundi thayi's shouldn't be misused. Disappointed by them

Hotel accompanied a bar beside hotel , very uncomfortable for walkers on the roadside towards and from busstand, everything was good until they opened a bar. Inappropriate in the residence area and a college nearby. Consider this for the good of you and as well as for the chamundi thayi's name. Fights during nights and for the concern of safety of public it's good if this bar is closed.

The BAR accomodated beside the hotel is the worst the owner could do for the locality they earn in,it is not at all safe here ,and this bar has been added to make it much worse, small vendors have opened shops in the roadside, disgusting for the houses beneath this hotel and the bar ,the roads are covered in trash and waste thrown everywhere, cheap people ,are drinking in the vehicles on the roads.causing distrubance and fights in the locality,please avoid coming to this rooms unless they remove the bar

We booked 3 rooms online with advance payment. We were a family of 5 adults and 2 kids. However the hotel allotted 3 rooms on 3 floors. We requested them to allot at least 2 rooms on the same floor. However, the owner was speaking arrogantly and declined the same stating that we should have informed them in advance. We were very much upset and got inconvenienced.

Disappointing Stay. Hotel was clean but had a terrible experience. Blanket had marks, and staff charged us 1500 for it. We offered to return the blanket and pay for a new one, but the manager refused. Additionally check-in time rules and regulations weren't explained. Not satisfied. Be cautious when booking here.

In Jan 2026 it is new. Rooms are well maintained, toilets are clean. They have an in-house restaurant, food is good but not very special. A bar is attached, personally I don't prefer this and hence one star less! It is very close to new KSRTC bus stand. In fact, walkable distance away. Parking is on the footpath and obviously limited but ok for short stays. Staff are ok. Nothing much and nothing less. Room service is available but we did not use it. They give toiletries, biscuits, water bottles, milk/tea/coffee powder complementary. Kettle is available in room along with TV. We can't expect great views in a housing board township. Overall, a comfortable place for short stays.

We booked this hotel for an overnight stay. The room was spacious and generally clean. However, I noticed that the bedsheet did not seem to be properly cleaned. The hotel is easily accessible by road. There is no dedicated parking area, but there is enough space to park along the roadside. The breakfast served at the attached restaurant was disappointing. Overall, it's an okay place for a short stopover or overnight stay.
