He keeps changing the rent amount and adds extra charges for everything. When my friend decided to leave, Sunil refused to refund and gave fake reasons. “Very bad experience at Jai Shree Ram PG. There is no proper security and no control over timings. Recently, 4 mobile phones were stolen at night, which clearly shows how unsafe this place is. The owner’s behavior is also very rude and not supportive. I paid for 4-sharing accommodation, but when I informed that I would leave this month, the owner told me to stay outside, which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Overall, very poor management and not recommended at all.”
