However, the owner appears to be quite rude in every interaction and seems disinterested in providing assistance or guidance on any matters. They promote Instagram stories for 300 rupees, yet when contacted by phone, they quote 500 rupees per night, being rude when asked about any discounts. As this was displayed on your page, I suggest you to update or accurately promote the rental price of the place to prevent misleading potential guests.

I chose Cocogreen Homestay located at North Hampi, Sanapura- which is budget-friendly, and it delivered on it. The highlight is definitely the lovely view of the lush, boulderesque stacked hills. The stay had the essentials- a comfortable bed, wifi, a sink, and a neat washroom. That said, the owner is very sweet and incredibly resourceful- he helps with auto pickups and drops contacts, restaurant and itinerary suggestions, scooter rentals, and even coracle ride contacts, which made getting around much easier. I stayed in the 10-bed mixed dorm, which felt fairly safe as the property is surrounded by other houses. They also offer a deluxe room if you’re looking for a bit more privacy. Overall, it’s a simple, no-frills stay with a great host and good connections- best suited if you’re prioritizing budget and location.

I have booked dormitory rooms which are quite good, the owner is very helpful. The dorm i booked is in another place not the one shown in map, to go to dorm, search for Serene Boulders you can find the dorm before that place. There are many eateries nearby, but not safe to step out after 7 as its very dark and no streey lights.

Had a really nice stay at coco green. The door to the room and to the bathroom need a fix (there are some exposed screws). The owner is nice and always asks if everything is ok. I had a problem with the water not coming out one time and he got it fixed after 20~ minutes. Other than that everything was good!

I booked this stay through booking.com since it's carrying good reviews. But I didn't reach my expectations . Better for the price and only for solo travellers that too staying for 1 night . There might be a common seating area to talk and make Friends with the mates but didn't. Ya the host is good approaching everything. But the negative point is no lockers to keep the bags. They only charged 500 per day even in weekends that's the good part . But the suggestions are : Kindly arrange the lockers , parking area , the board of ur stay , an extra room with common area or terrace view , keep a refilling water can to refill the bottles . I only say go with it only for 1 night for the price itself .

Immanuel is a great host. Had a comfortable stay at Cocogreen. Is close to and grants access to great spots in Sanapur. You have a kitchen to use and basic items like tea, coffee, sugar and spices are available. Plates, cups, glasses are also available. Would recommend 👌

The setting is picturesque and rustic. The fan was not working, only the AC. plus on backup none works for freak weather can result in sleepless nights. Guess that comes with the village life; the host himself is warm and welcoming. Nice local (better) and cafe eating options around.

Booked this place for a night stay during my hampi visit. Dormitory was spacious and clean. Host is a very nice person and went out of his way to accommodate the additional request, also he helped in planning itinerary during the stay. It is a small and cozy place located across paddy fields and very close to a wonderful sunset point, baal hanumanta temple.

Located near to sanapur lake this place is a good stay option for solo and group travellers alike. There are dorms and normal rooms available at the homestay. Both at reasonable prices.
