Sri Sai Balaji Luxury New PG for Men

“The worst pg that could ever be in 7000/- Rs is sri sai balaji pg. There is no luxury in this. If google would have 0 stars option I would have rated it 0 stars. Below are the pics of pg when i was staying. This pg and pg's owner has tested my patience of adjustments. I was there for my course but this pg guy has already tortured and still torturing a huge amount of crowd in his pg with his false promises to repair thing, to upgrade food quality, to provide good service. Below are the images and you can clearly see what is going on. Broken lights, un- higenic place full of big and small cockroaches, broken toilet, watery terrace, non working lift, un-higenic food, wifi broken, no window curtain, place full of smokers and drinker and main priority thing is shameless pg owner. Don't waste your money, move to maharathali and save your self and your money. I told pg owner to repair my wifi box of my floor which was broken somehow, he said i will do i will i have called a person to repair it, it took 1 weeks , 2 weeks, 3 weeks, one month, one and half month, literally 2 months and still he did not repaired so i left the pg. Lift in one month work approx for 10 days rest 20 days it is of”

“This PG has many issues that make the stay uncomfortable. The food quality is very poor, and hygiene in the kitchen is lacking with cockroaches around. Many times leftover food is served again, and overall there is no proper food hygiene. The washing machine is not working, and the internet plan is often expired even after complaints, nothing is done. Rooms and bathrooms are bigger compared to other PGs, but there are bed bugs, lights and other facilities are not maintained properly. Security is missing, and cleanliness is not up to the mark. Overall, not recommended due to poor food, hygiene, and maintenance.”
