Dec 6th, 2023: Had a very disappointing experience with the CRM team and its manager. Support was lacking — most emails were left unanswered and calls went ignored, even during critical stages like agreement registration and post-booking processes. I strongly urge Sattva to focus on improving customer support after payments are made. The CRM team plays a key role as the main point of contact, and it’s important to have experienced and responsive members, not just newly onboarded staff.

Really frustrated with the working culture of people working for sattva group. They don’t listen to you once the flat is sold out. I m a owner of flat in Sattva east crest apartment. I purchased my flat 3 years back and there was an issue of parking slot allocated to me and this issue is still not resolved. The issue is still juggling between sattva group and landowners. I have sent multiple emails, and spoken with multiple people but nobody listing or resolving the issue. This is the mess created by people working for sattva group.

I was seriously considering Sattva after seeing a few of their projects on Youtube. Then I get a call from them regarding their project Sattva Bliss in Budigere. But when I came to know their 3bhk carpet area was just 645 sft, I thought it was a bad joke! Now I'm curious enough to look at their floor plan. Just to laugh out loud!

We should name this project Sattva Chawls. It's just a high rise chawl rooms so small like in Mumbai chawls with all flats balconies facing either north or south. Kitchens in Chawls are bigger than this complex

I am resident of sattva East Crest. I see construction issue but not getting any help . I purchased 8th month back landowner share. I heard there is some warranty from builder as per rera but so far no help in any issues. Water leakage from upper floor. Customer support is very poor. No one will help after buying flat. It’s been 5 years builder still encroached some area .
