Small n shady rooms, but comfortable beds. 24/7 hot water facility. Lift is available. Three washing machines which are not working. Owner does not repair the things and fight with tenants. affordable rate. 5900/- for a three sharing room. There is a generator which is not used. Just as a showpiece. Dusty roads and shady rooms. Try LNS PG for almost same rent. Much more spacious and cleaner. Better food also there. Shifting there next month. **No parking space

The rooms are too congested even if you opt for single room, one can't even keep his things, bathroom is still more congested, one can't even breath and will surely face suffocation. The food is ok, but the breakfast will be too bad, even the breakfast menu is worst because it has items like upma in it, will not suggest anyone to stay here as I have seen many pg which are far more better than this. Very friendly owner but any grievance about room equipment is not addressed.

The place sucks.. They're polite before you move-in but post that they won't listen to any of the problems that you're facing neither they'll talk properly. Rude behavior of the owner and the staff. Worst people are managing it. Planning to move out next month.

I got scamed by this phone no. In googel . Fist his name is ragul he said this name and and send some other hotel photos and on that he call me and ask to send 1000₹ and after that 1500₹ i send and go to hotel and ask room . But they said there no one named ragul working here and i called the scamer and i ask in telugu because he first talk me in telugu but he spoke in hindi i cant understand and he is laughing . I ask the ssm pg to remove these types of photo in the googel reveiw. If other scamers putting photo means ask for the hotel number dont call no. Which was the photo. He is in delhi

One of the worst places to stay. Staff is very rigid and they won't listen to any of your stuff. Small rooms, high price. Staff is very rude. Checking out of this place after a month. They'll deduct a lot of amount from the advance for unfair reasons. Pathetic experience. Won't recommend at all

The street itself very filthy, and the rooms are very small, dusty and untidy, don't plan to stay long, you can easily get respiratory problems, don't take elevator, sometimes you got stuck in the middle, and none will help you, as this PG is near to the tech park the rent is high.
