“Here, if you have a BPL card, you get free treatment/free medicine, and food, but cleanliness has become a mirage. Patients are also struggling without toilets. The open area in front of the hospital is being used as a toilet. The road in front of the hospital's emergency ward is full of potholes, and you have to carry patients between them. There are no wheelchairs, and wheelchairs that are broken and have not been repaired, are difficult to find. Patients have to be carried from one place to another. There are 4-5 clean drinking water filters in the hospital premises, but water is available only from 8 am to 7 pm. Then you go around the entire hospital and you cannot get a drop of drinking water, this is what they have capitalized on. The shops around sell a bottle of water for 5 rupees, and if you need a bottle, it costs 10 rupees.”

“Pathetic hospital. All nurses ask money to carry dying patients. wheelchair Rs.100, stretcher Rs.200. No cleanliness . One patient was left on waiting room. All those contractors are rats.”

“Some doctors response towards the patients is worst, some senior most doctors are also treating not good . .entire hospital filled with junior doctors they yet to be known,they too knew nothing and then especially security, attendants etc., blood reports related lab technicians are all corrupted With out money nothing can move in vims . Most of the doctor's have been working in out side of the vims I.e., in private clinics . . They did not give much priority towards the patients. .and hospital too Govt.,should take an action on them. .”

“Arrogant and bunch of inexperienced college going practitioner. They experiment injection on your body and then they change treatment suddenly only to reveal that were not specialized. One say do A scan. Other comes and say do B scan. Now when we speak about doing A scan. This second person feels offended. Seriously? These please needs to be educated on behavior and explaining treatment steps to patient.”

Not even a given a ticket or token and he (Person)was saying I have to pay hospital some lakhs of rupees to management. For discharge patient my friend's father I have gone to pickup to hospital. Very nice and good experience with this day n that person that too with commanding way.

I lost my Father Mother and uncle(Really I miss them) Worst Hospital, Doctor available only in morning round-up and rest are learners 1)Only Emergency ward are good and doctor available time to time. 2) General ward are LIKE "HELL" there is no care taker. Please Govt of Karnataka take a strict action because we bring our patient to get proper treatment not everytime taking back dead body to Home.

Lokesh Naik B S★★★★★Laziness in Hospital. No Doctors available on the emergency situation. And even nurses won't do their duty properly. One of the worst hospital ever I have seen. HOD should be take strict measures. In Every ward, there should be 24 hours health care facility. But in VIMS, many patients dies per day just because of their Laziness. Govt. Of Karnataka, and Health Dept. Of Karnataka should take very strict measures and Actions on this matter. Even I can prove this to officials about Laziness in VIMS Hospital.

I went to treatment for my finger wound which happened a few hours back , i used bandages and other stuff to prevent bleeding after visiting the hospital they didn't even remove that bandage They just advised me to go to the dressing room , without seeing the wound they directed treatment and comedy thing is even after saying my pain they didnt give any type of medicine

Such a big drunkard, definitely one day he'll die of encephalopathy. He's spoiling so many students lives to satisfy his ego. Such a big institution and a cheap biochem prof is made a principal.
