food is good if you are at the table if you order parcel they don't take any responsiblity for the taste and the item send if you have ordered through zomato very bad my kids couldn't eat it bad response from staff.infact we are regular customer to the hotel frequently we visit their but today very bad experience and the staff is least bothered .

Garden services not good , chicken tandoori yesterday on 1/March / 2025 , was not good flover coming like petroleum smell and captain saying that it's butter burnt smell smoke smell . He say he will not enter the kitchen and telling bitter burnt smell ..... Appropriate behaviour no body behaviour with costumers full of arrogance attitude . I will allgur sir owner see my review . I have also recorded voice record how they treat in language ..... Request owner to keep old staff or the good teast of food for costomer else it will become top on dhabha on athani road .... Sir plz do think about...... I don't have any intention to hurt but we guys went just for tandoori chicken to teast .... Drinks guys will get outside with 1X lesser then your prices that u guys also know

Service is very pathetic and I suggest to choose Town palace or hotel Fern, as I checked in to bar section he told me to wait outside and as I no I'm a regular cx for that, and even complainting no one tried to solve my issue this is very bad experience being a regular cx

Sorry.. I can't give more than one star.. With chicken biriyani we asked curry... Which one they served it was not tasty.. And requested to give chicken curry or something.. They are not replied.. I asked threw chat.. After two three chat replied... We are not giving other curry.. Then what is the use to go this hotel .. Simply wasting money and tasty

If I had the chance to rate in negative I would love to do that, because the staff is so arrogant and the worst management which I came across. I suggest my readers that do not spoil or waste your money by visiting this hotel ever. Instead of this you can have your food in a small hotel with respect.

Food items are costly. In fact, almost double than what we get outside. We had ordered chicken item. That was not great. I have given menu photos. You can check. If you want to visit only one time, then you can visit there. But it is not a regular place for lunch & dinners. Nearby there is another Dhabha named Vasco da Gama. Its a very good hotel. Its just 300-400m from Lee Grande. Food rates are very good and food is also very good. It's my regular place.

Worst service, no amenities in the suite room, worst behavior of front office staff.||Rooms and wash rooms are so dirty. In this covid times, they are not maintaining minimum cleanliness.||Better to choose some other good and new hotels available in the city.

Bad service and very highly priced rooms for 3500 per night the price is double |There are cheap hotels in this area with better service and no breakfast also. We had a bad experience here are the hotel and I would suggest not to use this hotel and spoil ur holiday|We came for durga puja here

Tried banjara chicken, Schezwan chicken and hyderabadi biryani as suggested by the attendee. Here is the review: Schezwan chicken: eatable. Not the worst can give 2.5 star Banjara chicken: as per the waiter, it was supposed to be chicken tikka covered with malai. But seems they prepare the tikka after boiling the chicken 😄. It was kind of rubbery. Nothing like tikka. And hyderabadi biryani: 1st of all,it was not biryani. There were gravies visible in the bowl. It was a gravy rice with chicken,tomatoes, capcicum etc. 2nd, for God's sake, if you believe the biryani should be like this, then change the name from Hyderabadi Biryani. Give it any other random name. I have been staying in Hyderabad for quite a few years and believe me, nowhere in Hyderabad you will find anything like this. Overall, not going back, not gonna recommend. Note: all the items were recommended by the attendee. So I have to believe this what they serve the best

Don't know about stays but restaurant is worst. Was served half-cooked chicken, burnt rotis, tasteless food and don't even mention biryani. Worst worst. Lots of waiting and money for bad food. Went home empty stomach and had to pay for the order.
