Dont come here ! Horror Lift is not allowed to use in morning ! He wont open the doors of hotel until mor 6 ! Which is we are trapped in Hotel reservations staff cant speak in manners! Very rude ,Unclean restroom , unchanged bed-sheet covers, no water bottle’s, NO PARKING FACILITIES

Worst experience.. Nothing like posted.. Geyser is not working... Even they don't provide any water. Please stay away from like this cheaters... Very bad hospitality.. Reception guy is very rude and helpless. Told cover car parking.. But they said to park in Side of road which is 500mtrs away from the stay.. Please go to some other properties... @vishwas guest inn

Was woken up twice by non-stop doorbell ringing and twice by ringing of the landline. Can't remember last time I woke up due to landline ringing. Reason- they wanted to give my room to someone else and wanted to shift me to a different room. Shameless people. If you like negative surprises, then this place is for you.

So pathetic stay i ever had in my life.. these people really need to wrap it up or promise what they can..I m not sure how they got those ratings in a GoIBIBO .. they were not clear about mentioning the difference between 4 beds Vs 4 Cots... N No Parking at all, n they have allotted a family room for us on midst of all bachelors ... Which was worst experience we had. Unless you don't have any option to stay there, you can avoid chikmagalur trip but don't stay there...I wish to give negative ratings but as there is no option hence I m giving 1 rating.....

Very bad hospitality....our room had some issue with fan sound which don't let us sleep and he was not ready to provide alternative solution.The worst experience is that he told us to checkout at 11 pm when we made argument.I personally don't recommend this hotel.
