​I've been staying at Surya Royal PG in Kodathi for the past couple months, and overall, it’s been a wonderful experience that offers great value for the price in this locality. It truly feels like a safe and well-managed place to stay, which is a massive plus in a city like Bangalore. The rooms are clean, well-furnished, and surprisingly spacious. The high-speed Wi-Fi is reliable—a non-negotiable for my work—and the power backup is solid. Housekeeping is regular and thorough, keeping the common areas tidy. The 24/7 security and CCTV coverage give me peace of mind. The PG management is generally responsive and courteous, addressing issues within a reasonable timeframe. Food Variety 🍽️: The food is hygienic and healthy, but the menu can get repetitive, especially for dinner. A little more variety in the North Indian/South Indian rotation would make a huge difference. Overall I definitely recommend it!

This PG is honestly one of the best in the area, and possibly even in Bangalore. The rent is ₹9k per month for double-sharing rooms and ₹18k per month for single rooms. Facilities include: •Wi-Fi on every floor •Washing machine and fridge on every floor for common use •Common kitchen access •Garage and terrace/roof for drying clothes •3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) with non-veg options thrice a week for dinner (Wednesday, Friday and Sunday). The rooms are spacious and come with a TV, wardrobe, and attached bathroom with a central geyser for both hot and cold water. Cleaning staff clean the rooms daily, and overall, I’d say the facilities are excellent for the price.

Absolutely worth it. I stayed for 5 months. Zero hassle when it comes to refund of returnable deposit and the entire stay was really pleasant. Food is worth the money and staffs are polite and professional. There are 3 PGs of Surya Royal Homes in the same road, the one I stayed in had a gym as well. Totally worth it. Would highly recommend anyone to stay there.
