“Stayed here for 9 months—overall a good experience. Mr. Girish (owner) & Mr. Nanda (caretaker) were helpful whenever issues came up. Food was okay, and I paid ₹9,000/month for a two-sharing room with meals. The location is super convenient—close to metro, bus, railway stations, & malls like Lulu. I’ve added real photos from my stay to help others. Just one letdown: I did NOT get my ₹1,000 advance back as promised despite asking multiple times, even though I had no dues. That’s why it’s 4 stars, not 5. [ I still don't understand why he didn't give my advance amount back ( ₹1000)_ so head's up to new guy's... u also may not get ur advance back after vacating ]”
