“⭐ Very unprofessional management and false promises I stayed in this PG for around one year in a double-sharing room. When my roommate left, the owner suddenly asked me to vacate the room and shift to another room without any discussion or consent. When I tried to speak calmly and explained that such decisions should be discussed, he replied in a very arrogant and rude manner, saying he doesn’t need to ask and can do whatever he wants. He then told me to leave the PG, assuring that my security deposit would be returned. After vacating, the deposit was never returned, despite multiple follow-ups. Completely unethical behavior. Additional issues: - Food quality is average. - Washing machine almost never works properly, and whenever residents complain, the owner starts arguing and blames us instead of fixing the issue. - The owner is extremely arrogant and does not know how to talk politely. In the beginning, he may portray himself as a good and cooperative person, but that changes once you start staying there. Overall, this PG lacks professionalism, respect for tenants, and basic honesty. I would strongly advise people to think twice before staying here, especially if you care abo”
