Worst behaviour of owners, I ever seen any pg owners like this. Few worst review deleted by owners might be. They won't refund the security deposit. They will wantedly fight with you. They cook food limitedly which is insufficient for all. I'm highly recommended please don't join this avasa PG.

No deposit back at any cost even if you inform 1 month advance they just give false staments 1. PG is good 2. Good maintenance 3. but I just left PG and 2 months back geyser was not working eve informed multiple times but not repared and after 2 months reapried 4. No deposit will be given back so don't accept any return 5. I have informed 1 month back that I am leaving PG but on that last day of my PG they started saying you not informed and etc 6. It has happend only so they can't pay deposit back 7. for NOV month I have paid 4500 like 500rs on daily basis for 9 days and at that time owner confirmed that he will pay back 1500 back 8. But in last changed his words and no deposit given back 9. so inshort bangalore PG people are money scammer 10. when you want your money back they started givng false statments

Note: 1. If u want to vacate 30 April, inform on 1st April and if you even you stay one day after 1st April you'll be charged 500 per day. 2. Deposit amount 3000 , even if you stay for one month or whatsoever, 1500 refunded. 3. Geyser: It works as per it's choice 😂, recently electricity was bypassing to the handle of tap, that's why we felt electric shock which took these guys 5 days to repair after several complaints. 4. U could experience rotten smell, if lucky 🤞 I am from North East India. It's a good Gents pg around Marathahalli bridge , may be that's why the owner and their staff show rudeness to you😮‍💨 nowadays . They clean the rooms every other day, 24 hour wifi and electricity available. They provide eatable food 2 days in a week other times you have to manage( North guys😑 u have to eat from outside very often ). Sometimes washing machine is off😐 Rooms are good and specious👍.I have been here for more than one year, previously the cook or cleaning all was good, nowadays they don't listen to your problems , even the owner has extra attitude 🫩😑

Pros- 1. pg close to marathalli bridge 2. The room is cleaned every alternate day. 3. Silent place. Cons 1. I feel a little costly with the arrangement. 2. The owner is not that much supportive. 3. There is water problem. Sometimes the washing machine is powered off. In a nutshell, I will not suggest students to stay here as the environment is not healthy as nearby ladies pg is there. Nearby you can get pgs with the same amenities at a cheaper price.
