“"I'm extremely disappointed with Zolo's misleading advertising and excessive charges. They advertised a dual-sharing room for ₹9,000, but the actual cost was ₹10,000, excluding the initial booking amount of ₹1,000. On final payment, they added ₹1,500 for advertisements, which wasn't clearly mentioned. The total charges became overwhelming, with: - Advance rent: ₹11,500 - Deposit: ₹11,500 - Additional charges: ₹1,500 - Notice period charge: ₹4,000 - Exit charge: ₹2,600 - Electricity charges: ₹700 + ₹600 Despite paying approximately ₹25,000, I received a poorly maintained room with two small single beds and a tiny bathroom. The PG had limited facilities, including a washing machine, and bike parking was available outside. There was no food or kitchen facilities provided, and vessels were not available. The refund of ₹2,000-3,000 at the end didn't justify the excessive charges. I strongly advise against staying at this PG and warn others about the hidden charges and poor living conditions."”

“Laptop, speakers and earphones got stolen from a completely locked single room. When I informed the local manager - Mr. Praveen Chako he totally rebuked my claims and called me a liar. His behaviour was very unprofessional, and he has zero crisis management skills. Furthermore, Zolo won't initiate a full refund which is a bare minimum they should be doing. Customer Care is useless, managers are useless, they won't listen to your concern. CCTV cameras don't work here, lift doesn't work, and no one is ready to take responsibilty. Is it not Zolo's responsibility to provide a safe and secure accomodation? Pathetic management. Their behaviour is deplorable. Do not go to this place. Your belongings won't be safe as the place is very much vunerable to breaking in and enter, and theft.”

“This Zolo PG has gone from bad to worse in the recent months... 1. The wifi never works. So if you have WFH on anyday, forget about using the wifi at all. 2.There's just one functioning washing washing machine in a building housing almost 50 people. On top of this, this washing machine is never cleaned or maintained. Hence clothes come out dirtier after washing. 3. Unlike earlier, Zolo now has meal subscription plans... Which is above and beyond the rent, if you opt for it. And inspite of paying for these meals seperately, the quality is extremely pathetic. 4. They have one kitchen with just 2 refrigerators for the whole pg (combined strength of 120+ residents). So you can't even think of using the refrigerator. Also there are massive rats that visit the kitchen every night. 5. There's barely any maintenance work done for the rooms. Many rooms have ceilings and walls with plasters falling off onto beds and tables. All the five star ratings that you see here are because the staffs relentlessly bug the tenants till they give the 5 star review infront of them, without solving any of the issues highlighted by tenants. Any service requests/complaint tickets raised, are just close”

But now a days completely they looting the money from everything.even though they are looting money for electricity person around 700 to 800 per month. If you willing to vacate they again loot your money and they nit even give half of the advance amount. Kindly go and check for other co-living

Nikunj Jain★★★★★Only the caretaker Sanjeev and cleaning staff Maan Singh are the reason I stayed there. They're the best at their jobs. Otherwise, the elevator isn't working and the maintenance by Zolo is pathetic. The elevator has been non-functional since a month. The manager Praveen Chacko is a total liar about it and his one week for repairing the elevator is still not over.
