“One of the worst hotel that I have stayed! I booked 10 rooms 2 months earlier and they said price was 2600rs per room. But during the checkout they charged me 3000 per room and even the receipts they provide during the advance payments are fake. They don't mention the room price! They don't mention the balance amount that needs to be paid! I WOULD STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND STAYING IN THIS HOTEL!”

“Worst experience...ordered chicken starter and tangdi kebab....both of item were cold....smell was miserable.....taste was blank it felt like i was just eating a boiled chicken lol....they only have good name ...nothing worse hotel not recommened at all...”

“This hotel has the ‘worst management ever’ , the staff has zero professionalism & does not know how to communicate with customers, especially the “young people sitting in reception”. One of the worst experiences we have had ever from staff till everything served - stale food , dirty rooms.”

Mruthyunjaya Shetty★★★★★Was very specific for 2 single beds and not a double bed, while booking while they said it's available, after checking-in, it was a late night around 12 midnight, the room had a double bed upon asking they said that's the only room available... I will never revisit this place again..

It was a great restaurant in bellary, but over a period of time the service and the quality food has been worsen with our every visit. Starting with the menu card they were not even replacing the menu cards since 2 years which are badly torn off and few of the pieces of the menu card were lost. We used to order blue lagoon drink every time we visited the restaurant and initially the size of the drink was pretty good and lately the quality of the drink has been reduced to half the quantity and the price was still the same. When questioned the manager the response was very bad. We have visited this place recently with our friends family who were brahmins and we have ordered biryani rice assuming that it is just plain biryani rice but while eating the ibrahim family has got some chicken pieces in the biryani. When questioned the server he was justifying that they will server the rice from the chicken biryani as biryani rice and he was back questioning us saying that we would have asked him prior to order. We had a very bad experience with the food and the service staff

Very disappointed service even I informed also getting delay in cleaning.... Sorry guys owner or someone should look into this very seriously....

R!YaAN RaJ★★★★★Hire few knowledgeable waiters along with good captains. The captain who took the order doesn't know what to deliver to which table. Waiters are least bothered about the customers. We have waited for almost 1 hr for the food to be delivered at my table. The only good thing they will do is bring the bill immediately. Worst experience ever

rajeev chandran★★★★★I took a suite room expecting the bathroom would be better compared to the normal room experience I had from last time. But it was all the same except for a torn sofa and an other wise empty living room. Bathrooms are horrible, there is no hot water, no Wi-Fi and pathetic complimentary breakfast. I would have never returned here if I had any chance after the experience I had last time. But I got all the reassurance that these people are stealing money by putting up a good front fascia and horrible service. Hope I will never have to come back here again.

Kiran Roy★★★★★A bad experience The staff at the front desk is a relative of the owner of the property, Behaved very inappropriatly when informed about the incident that took place in the banquent hall. He started swearing and screaming all over the place. I would never go back there and will never recommend anybody to visit as well. And this review is coming from a former employee of Hyatt regency Gurgaon. So as per my knowledge a warm hospitality is what is expected which becomes a little difficult for them as the lobby manager is a non trained family member of the owner who treats guests very bad.
