The only consistency of this PG is how bad a service it can give since 4 years. People stay here, eat outside. Water is rationed and doesn't come 24hrs in that you'll have to go out of your room, fill the bucket and then use it in the loo. If you are looking for pure misery, this is definitely your residence.
