Denied the confirmed booking. When they can't honour the booking, not sure why they tie up with travel websites and 3rd party platforms. This is very unprofessional as I had made travel plans after booking confirmation and they denied the booking.

This apartment is situated in the city and the tourist spot like jhari water falls and all other main spots are almost 1hr . The apartment is good and well maintained, since it is new everything was there was neat and clean and has required vessels and other things for cooking . We consist of 4 members and a small child and we booked through a online platform and I don't recommend you to book here through online platforms because as everyone do they change charge on peak times but it is not updated in this platform. If you want to book, book by calling them directly because when we got there and since we paid through online they wanted extra 1000rs to give us a extra bed which we mentioned while booking through online but they denied it and they were not ready to give which made me question if they really don't like online services then why they put there apartment in this platforms . Overall the service and the room is good . The problem occurs only if we book through online in peak times where they won't or forget to update the price later they charge or will try to take by saying other things like this.also ask the check out time because all of that was different from what they

we were initially a little skeptical since the place seemed new, but it was an amazing place to stay in. the owners and the caretaker were always on call, and were very friendly, even getting us in contact with locals to take us around chikmaglur. the place itself (1 bhk apartment) was very well maintained and had beautiful views. definitely would recommend.

The stay was amazing! It’s a well-maintained place. We took a 4-adult sharing service apartment with a spacious hall, one large bedroom, an open kitchen, and a washroom. There’s also a common balcony. Located in the city centre, the apartment offers an amazing view of the Mullayanagiri peaks from the window. The owner was very cooperative, friendly, and supportive, always just one call away in case you need anything. The caretaker, Anu, and her kids were always available whenever we needed assistance, at any time. They truly made our stay feel like home. We were a group of four, and the owner arranged a driver who took us around comfortably to all the key spots at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this, as driving yourself to multiple places can be tiring and parking is often hard to find. The driver was friendly, experienced, and knew every turn of the ghat roads, as well as the best places to stop for food. Overall, it was an amazing stay.
