This is my 1 week experience in this PG. NOT SURE whoever gave 5 rating are the owners close friends who are trying to defend him. They are collecting maintenance from people who are staying 1 month also. I paid 12k including maintenance for 2 sharing. I stayed only 6 days and the owner returned only 3k which is maintenance.so be careful if you are trying to stay because they have an option to pay daily also where they charge 400 rupees. Please don't get cheated by Google photos they have now. This is very old pg as soon as you enter there is drainage left side which smells very bad and opposite to that u have dining hall and cockroaches are present. The rooms are very stingy and small rooms. They have two options rooms windows and rooms without windows. The one's without windows are horrible always smelling very bad. The ones with windows are always having lots of dust. They give only half beeru with very limited space. They don't even provide stand to place ur plates,or other items. The photos I uploaded says all and these pics are taken during my stay in that pg.

Worst pg. I recommend not stay here. I stayed for only 10 days as it used to smell very bad and cockroaches all over there. I thought to leave the pg and asked my advance back but they didn't give it back full. Have cut half of it saying that we have used there properties. Then what the hell we are giving monthly rent ? To just stand and go? Don't stay here!!

I should start by saying that I have not stayed in this PG but I have visited there and seen the rooms while I was searching for PG in Bellundur, Bangalore. The one thing that dragged me to write this review is that - whatever pictures are there in the Photos section for this PG in Google, those create a very wrong impression about the PG. In the pictures it looks like the rooms are decent. But the 2-3 rooms they showed me are extremely small, poorly maintained, no ventilation, very suffocating and the furniture looks very old. Due to no sunlight and ventilation in the rooms, the rooms are moist and smelly. I went there after seeing the images in google and was absolutely shocked after seeing the rooms in real. The pictures are very misleading. In regards to the response received on my review - No I am not writing it for money. When I asked for seeing the rooms, whatever I felt about the rooms shown to me I have written. It was not communicated to me that there are 2 types of rooms (small and big OR ventilated and non-ventilated). And now I am seeing that there are multiple reviews about your PG from different persons that rooms are tiny with no ventilation. Do you want to point t

Worst pg I had ever stayed... Not at all worth for money...food is awfull , but I still stayed for so long . There is no proper cv tv camera set up near kitchen , they only provide with one freeze and if you place any pricey things in it they will lost within 10 hours, I just placed a package at 11:30 pm yesterday and this morning at 10 am I went to take and what I had seen was only a wrapper nothing inside . There is no point of asking receptionist also because no cctv camera are placed at that area and how can someone help without it.

PLEASE DON’T …. Not sure how the older reviews about the place is so positive, but it tricked me and I made the mistake of booking this place.. i booked the room 15days prior my stay and the day I was about to move in they changed my room saying the room u booked is not ready.. and gave me option to take advance and leave … (how insensible) as I had nowhere to do I agreed for the other room. the food was good when I booked but not lately as they supposedly changed the cook. There is frequent power cuts, water problem, wifi is not working properly, I lost an interview because of the wifi.. my room was very unhygienic. My washroom along with side-room washroom (which was shared by 4 ppl) both are inside my room , with a partition with a 3ft gap on top. Whatever activity the people in the other room are doing in the washroom I can clearly hear and the smell was disgusting, I stayed for a week and couldn’t sleep because the light /sound from the other room dint let me .. there is no regulator in the fan, no mirror in the room.. which I asked for 20days still dint give . They gave the cot after requesting them so many times as if they are doing a huge favour on me..the manager is not a

First of all mind your language, your response shows your character and quality. Now since you replied i will definitely give proper review. - Cockroaches and Insects found in food multiple times, worst quality of food provided and never on time, no hygiene maintained in kitchen. - Frequent water issues, you never know when flush will run out of water inside washroom. - Frequent Electricity issues, sometimes power issues don't get resolved even for whole day and it's always flickering. -Owner doesn't bother to resolve any issues and don't care about girl's feedback. - Network issues all over the premises and even their wifi doesn't work properly. -Poorly maintained rooms with visible damp & moisture in walls. These guys are completely fraudsters and and positive reviews posted are fake. Tip: You can even observe their response to negative reviews, you will get idea of what kind of people these are so save yourself from this and find some other place.

WORST PG EVER. NEVER EVER JOIN THIS PG SEEING THE PHOTOS. No hygiene in pg. Lot of cockroaches inside the cupboard, room, even on the bed. No proper power backup, even if they have the generator, they don't even switch it on so many times. They can't even provide these kind of basic facilities like power backup, tap water and wifi. Everyday some or the other issue. So many rats running around. They have put up a big note that they will charge extra money if people didn't pay the rent before 5th of every month, but they can't provide basic facilities. The care taker is such a waste. She doesn't live there so she takes all the problems so lightly, doesn't understand people's frustation about the issues and always give some reason. Even for the drinking water, they don't have proper setup. They have connected it with the most disgusting pipe. I really don't understand how people are even living there.

I stayed there Simply they just decorate outside to attract people NO ONE really checks on regularly about the food Quality, WORST EVER FOOD AND FOOD QUALITY, THE COOKING PERSON DRINKS ALWAYS, CHEWS GUTKA ALL THE TIME EVEN WHILE COOKING, N BEHAVES RUDELY WITH THE GIRLS, NO PROPER RESPONSE once he raised hand on a girl also when she asked for food quality, *owner too no action complaining on this as he gets these cooking people for low cost.* 1. hot water was not coming for a month even after following up many times. 2.charges very high No space at all. Don't go here, there ther would be negative rating I would have given that. The owner told me ,I have to book the pg by giving 3000 rs minimum for the advance booking, he neither provided me the receipt of that nor he sent me the terms n conditions for the refund. And when I visited their pg the photos which he sent me were completely different from the rooms that I saw in person. And the owner was also very rude when I told him the rooms were not same he told me to adjust in some other room for some days which I denied and he told me to left that place and he will return the money the next day but He didn't have my money back and when I called him continuously for 7 days he didn't picked up my call as well as as he was not seeing my WhatsApp message also. And the receptionist Shobha is also a partner in crime with the owner. First they take money and then they don't return it to the girls. Please be aware of these kind of Fraudsters .

One of the worst PGs I have stayed at. The washrooms are horrible and the tap water is so dirty, you will see debris on the bottom of the bucket. The owner doesn’t seem to want to share simple details like their PAN card. Horrible place, wouldn’t recommend.

I have proof of rats roaming around the pg and my friends got stomach pain and food poisoning!! We will sue you cause we have all the proof of unhygienic environment!! Fridge doesn't work, wifi doesn't work, no water in bathroom, gym machines are for name sake and for show off, money is the only thing they want on time and in the underground you keep vegetables lying on the floor were i have recorded video of rats eating it up and have video of rats roaming around, anyday if inspection comes up, make sure to close your pg soon.

Very worst pg. I gave some advance and booked the room before one month and after reaching there they showed me another one which has water leakage problem and the bed was also wet . I told them that this is not what we booked. And after that they simply saying we will return the advance as the owner is out of station .Now after a month they are not ready to return the amount. It is not what as showed in pictures
