I am living currently here, there is no timings of food, big rats in kitchen, no cleaning happened since last week. Right now there is no water coming, tried calling the property manager but he is not responding. Whole building is struggling. Guys pls think 1000 times before to opt this prop. Worst place to stay. Edit: they haven't refunded by 13000 security. Guys pls be careful before opting colive property. No support service.

Extremely disappointing experience. The breakfast quality is very poor and honestly not edible most days. Rooms are not cleaned properly, and hygiene standards are low. The lift stops working frequently , which is very inconvenient. There are constant water issues as well. What’s worse is the rent increase they keep increasing it without clearly informing residents at the time of joining. They also charge maintenance fees, but there is no visible maintenance being done. Overall, not worth the money. Please be aware before choosing this place

Absolutely disappointing place to stay. The breakfast quality is terrible and often not even edible. Hygiene standards are extremely poor rooms are not cleaned properly and cleanliness is clearly not a priority. There are frequent water issues, making basic daily routines stressful. On top of that, rent is increased without proper transparency, and residents are not clearly informed about these changes when joining. They charge maintenance fees, yet there is no visible maintenance happening. The management seems more focused on collecting money than actually providing a livable environment. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere

Worst place to stay. Living in this PG feels no different from staying at a railway station uncomfortable, and completely unmanaged. Almost all amenities are either broken or not working most of the time. Maintenance is practically non-existent. I had to stay in a room with a non-working fan for 3 days, and eventually had to fix it myself because no one bothered to take responsibility.The water problem is worse and it just vanishes at random times which is really irritating and difficult. There is no proper complaint system, no support contact, and no accountability. Even if the property manager helps but there is no improvement from the higher authority so he is also helpless. The worst part is the 3-month bond. Once you’re stuck here, you have no option but to tolerate all these issues for months. Honestly, if you’re even slightly considering this place — don’t. It’s far worse than it looks. Just check the ratings and you’ll understand. Save yourself the stress and stay somewhere else.

This is the worst pg. They have put beautiful photos to allure us. And when you make all the payment and stay, they give the worst experience. The entire pg is dusty and unclean with some new looking furniture that has not been cleaned for ages. Bathroom is also in its worst state. If there was 0 star, then this pg deserves it. They only have nice salespeople and apps and all to show that they are giving the best experience. But in reality they are not. Half the things that they advertised when I made a phone call, half of the services are not there only. Like laundry I was told it's there, cleaning service not regular, they had said it is everyday, they are adding too many additional charges which they will never tell you on phone, but one will only get to know when they arrive here. Wish I could write more about it, it is that bad. If anyone planning to come and stay here then please don't. Please don't fall in their trap. Pathetic. Dear Colive, please give us what we pay for. (And if you could please help me with initiating the process for leaving this PG then it will be helpful)

I am currently staying at a Colive property in Bengaluru. At the time of joining, I was clearly informed that the rent would be ₹14,000 plus electricity charges only. However, after moving in, they started adding tanker charges even though tanker water was not being used at all. They have also introduced a common area maintenance charge recently, despite the fact that there is no proper maintenance. The common areas are extremely dirty, especially when visitors come. Now, within just 3–4 months, they are increasing the rent without ever informing us about this at the time of joining. On top of that, the quality of food provided is very poor. The most concerning part is that they are now threatening us, saying that if we don’t pay the increased rent, they will throw our belongings out of the PG. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. This is how Colive is treating its tenants.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. There is a very clear reason why they only upload a handful of carefully selected pictures online- because the reality is nothing like what you see on their website. I had actually booked a visit through their official site, expecting a proper tour. Instead, I was greeted at the entrance by an extremely rude caretaker who barely let me speak before bluntly telling me to leave, claiming there were no rooms available. This was despite my confirmed booking. Only after I insisted and had him speak directly with the “relationship manager” did a room suddenly and “magically” appear as available. That alone tells you the level of professionalism here. When he finally did show us the room, the condition was shockingly bad. The paint was peeling off the walls in large patches, cockroaches were openly crawling around, and the washroom was filthy to the point of being unusable. The stench and lack of basic hygiene made it very clear that maintenance is not even an afterthought in this place. None of this would ever be visible from the staged and outdated photos they display online, which is why I strongly suggest asking them for the most recent images before w

Very bad experience it is just 4 days living here and i have realized that i took a wrong decision in trusting colive here the food quality is very bad, that bad you can't eat it, and this place is surrounded by insects and no one here is responsible to fix all these problems even after raising multiple tickets on the app no resolution i suggest not to stay in this pg

No service, I was put into a room where even the bedsheet was not changed and inspite of asking for 2 days it's still not changed. AC remote isn't working. Fan doesn't have a regulator. Room is full of dust and my allergy is triggered. No house keeping or cleaning done inspite of multiple requests. No customer service at all. They will rip you off totally if you wish to leave halfway as well.

Avoid Colive at all costs! Their service is app-based, and you'll be left waiting for at least 3 days for every issue. No in-person support is available, and the sales agents don't provide clear information upfront. To make matters worse, you're already paying a premium for accommodation, and then you're asked to jump through hoops - scanning, writing your name, room number, time, and signature just to get food, which is limited anyway. The internet is capped at 100GB, and buying more is a hassle with extra transaction fees. Raise a ticket for every little thing and wait. Trust me, it's not worth it."
