Worst experience with ZOLO. I tried booking here and gave them thousand rupees as a pre booking fees which was refundable. But after I came and did not wanted to stay and cancelled my booking, they said we won't give you back your money. For what? I didn't stayed even a single day and you are just eating my thousand of rupees from my pre booking fees which was refundable! Pathetic ZOLO.

The most pathetic pg you can live in. There are mouse in the pg.... They live in this pg happily eat your stuff like food clothes and the owner doesn't even care to take the call 1week plus I have been facing this problem and still no solution. The soln the care taker gave me is that he changed my room. Gave me a room which is more pathetic than the older one. Though Laundry service timings(days) are fixed. They come according to his own mood to pick up and drop of clothes whenever they want. They charge wooping 18 rupees per unit of electricity. It's the highest amount amoung allother pg. They charge you water bills separately taking your whole month rent to a new high Run away from this pg.

DRUNK HOUSEKEEPER DAMAGED MY 2-WHEELER!! This is the worst PG I have come across. A few days ago the housekeeper of Zolo Hazel, damaged my motorcycle purposely. Fortunately, it was captured in the CCTV. When I asked him the reason of his actions he said that he was drunk and just did it. I have attached the video footage of this incident. I wrote several mails to the Grievance department of Zolo, but haven’t gotten a reply yet. Shameful and utter shameless! I wouldn’t recommend Zolo to anyone. Higher prices, low quality! The staff is arrogant and the area manager Josh Joy is utter useless… takes weeks to resolve simple matters and doesn’t respond to calls or texts. Any local PG is far far better than this place. WORST EXPERIENCE!

This one star is also no need but I don't find 0 star option otherwise I would have given 0 star. Worst experience 😪 The zolo app creates lot of technical issue and it purposely increase rent and makes us to pay fine. I literally fought with the team to rectify it. Local pgs are far far better than these corporate pigs. The housekeeper don't maintain water level most of the time the motor gets repaired and no water comes especially during morning bath time. It was the worst experience. No smoking control, the teetotaller will face bad situation by exposed to those smoke around the floor. Don't get into this corporate pg

These guys are actual scammers!!!!! If you are planning for a short stay, zolo should be the first thing you should remove out of your mind. I will state the pros and cons here Pros 1. Dedicated cleaning staff 24*7 2. Secure stay Cons 1. The room was very small as compared to the ones shown in pictures. 2. For short stays you won't be able to access the food service of zolo ( promised to me they will sort it out on extra payment but even when i was willing to pay, they couldn't sort it out) 3. I booked till the 30th of june, starting from june 9th but had to exit earlier due to an emergency. But to my surprise!!!!, they claimed that not even a single penny could be refunded. On a logical basis deducting a fair amount is ok but I stayed only till 20th and had to bear a loss of Rs 10000. Advice Even if you book a hotel for 2 to 3 days and search for pgs, you can easily get. But don't engage with fraudsters like Zolo.

The caretaker and the upper management is not forthcoming . Food is bad. You can't call them for anything. All of them exist to fraud, people like the caretaker whose name is Sameer should be ashamed of themselves. They are conmen who prey on trust of their tenants. Zolo is the worst place to stay. You’re just wasting hefty amount of money just for a bed. Additionally when the rent is delayed by even a day we are charged late payment fees of 500 and on that late payment fees there is GST also charged which doesn’t make any sense. Adding upto these their services are horrible. If lift doesn’t work there is no one to attend to it until you raise a complaint and their wifi most of the days are really slow which is difficult for people doing work from home. They only exist to take money and do nothing in return nor give any services worth that money. Never gonna recommend this stay to anyone. Only if there was option of minus I would have given them that rating…

Overall bad experience, in addition to everything else there is also hidden charges like exit charges and electricity for which you will find no explanation. There is no chance you will get your deposit back, even if you are staying for a short period.

The property manager misinformed of the rent. They've essentially committed fraud. The customer service never resolved the issue. Besides the fraud, the service is terrible. I found dead cockroaches on my first day. The food is substandard. Ideally move somewhere else. There are better and cheaper options available nearby.

Worst experience as always.Very disappointing life was not working most of the times. Electricity bill is literally very high for one month electricity bill around 860 per month and they always take some hidden charges without mentioning it in invoice. Only benefit is the area that’s it but near by this area lots are other pgs are there in minimum amount i would suggest go with that don’t go for zolo anywhere

Services are good.. But there is no transparency in electricity bill.. According to app everything included... When fixed the room asked 100 to 200 max as electricity bill.. Now added 300 per head for three sharing... 400 for two sharing.. And 700 for one sharing..very disappointed :(

Worst service. Nothing works here. Waste of money. Lift is not working from the past 25 days, no response even after asking multiple times. Micro oven doesn't work. Care takers don't get it repaired. We have to call people who aren't present here for any complaints..and they'll say we have raised the issue but of no use.. Worst experience

A very Worst PG ever seen in BLR. u will not understand the reality while see the reviews once u get in u will come to know all the experience. They will keep on add the money in your bill u have to keep on pay, if you ask the question with customer care their answer will surprise you. Never go to this PG in life.

They are fraudsters.....they show you rent as 13k....when u pay it they take move in charges 2k,500 extra chrges...and for leaving they charge 2000 rs to leave their property.....they charge you alsmost 5k more than wht they show you in app. Total fraudsters.
