I’ve been wanting to share this for a while — my experience at this PG has been absolutely awesome! I’ve been staying here for the past six months, and as a working professional, I was initially worried about food, cleanliness, and managing everything on my own. But this PG has truly made my stay feel just like home. A special thanks to Manish Bhaiya, the salesperson who helped me from day one and guided me through everything so well. Overall, my experience has been really good, and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed PG near Yeshwanthpur, Mathikere, or BEL Road.

If you want to prof that your services are good and negative reviews are wrong... Don't create a trap of 3 month.... Offer one week stay at double or triple price.. if we like your food and services we will definitely pay for 3 month or may be 6 month... By asking for 3 month agreement you proved you are fraud at all

To people who plan to stay here, just make sure you completely read their rental agreement. Everything happens through their mobile app( which you have to pay money to unlock) including signing the agreement. These people have deceptive salespersons who sugarcoat everything for you, and you end up paying a huge amount for something you never asked for. They don't really care about you after that. They don't really give any refunds because of the agreement, even if you are treated badly and can't avail any of their services and eventually decide to leave for a better place. Their multilayered work hierarchy makes it impossible for you to reach the "higher ups", who just sit there and watch the money flow in as their minions scam innocent students and professionals. Bangalore has many better options to stay than Stanza living. Choose better.

If u plan on staying here, better keep all your gadgets at home and come. My galaxy s10 was fried due to electric short-circuit on 6th December. I only got a letter of sorry from the operations team with out any compensation. But wait, thats not the end of the story. I bought a new mobile on 8th of the month and baam it also had the same fate of my previous mobile. With in a single month I lost 2 cell phones and also my macbook was saved by a blick or else it would have been the same with the laptop. So guys be careful about your gadgets. Latest update : coming to the current situation, one member from the legal team approached me regarding the compensation of the cellphone and tried to convince me that it was my fault to charge my device. Even when the fault was recognised by their electrical team. The earthing was at fault due to a problem in the power backup. There was a back voltage of around 35 volts on the neutral line which is enough to fry any electrical gadget. Now when I stood by this point, the legal person started convincing me that "stanza doesn't have money to compensate for your loss. ". How can such a renowned company tell such a thing??? Till now they are denying

Don't Recommend this pg , full of scams, No proper service, 3 days no water and they say only to raise ticket, Sales Manager mention different amount while doing contract booking payment after extra charges you have to pay no options , I lost 10k because of sales manager Naveen.
