Been living at this pg for months now while attending college. Wifi is absolutely horrible. As a student in this digital time i need wifi services for doing assignments but this pg can't even provide that properly. Hot water situation here is so weird if one tap is twisted in any bathroom, the whole pg will get boiling hot water or something??? Leaky faucets CONSTANTLY, no matter how many times I've gone and asked, they don't fix it and if they do it's only temporary. Since the bathroom is always wet it gets dirty easily then need to pay 100 rupees for bathroom cleaning after already paying 16k. Food is very repetitive and amount of oil used is sometimes concerning. When it rains heavily, the top floors start flooding. Seems like a waste for how much the rent is. Find a different place for your own good.

I would not recommend this PG based on my personal experience. At first glance, it may appear luxurious, but the reality was very different for me. Throughout my stay, I faced multiple issues that made me feel uncomfortable and, at times, unsafe. My experience with one of the managers was particularly concerning, which made my stay stressful and unpleasant. The rent is around ₹16,000 per person for a shared room, which I feel is quite expensive considering the facilities provided. Some of the issues I faced include: • Unreliable Wi-Fi • Washing machines that were often unclean and poorly maintained • Additional charges of ₹100 for washroom cleaning • Restrictions at the gate unless messages were sent in the group • Food quality and variety were disappointing, usually limited to basic dal, roti, rice, and curry What was most frustrating was the response when residents raised concerns. Instead of addressing the problems, the management was often rude and would suggest that dissatisfied residents leave the PG. This review reflects my personal experience, and I hope it helps others make an informed decision before choosing this place.

Bad experience. They aren’t even ready to hear out and act out on our basic necessities. Starting from wifi, food to househelp. Bathroom cleaning should come under room cleaning I don’t know why they expect us to clean the bathroom and if we really want the househelp to clean it they expect 100/- to pay to them. Like we are already paying 16k on top of this we have to pay extra 100 for bathroom cleaning separately make it make sense.

Lived there for more than a year. Positives- 1. location Negatives- 1) oil used to cool food seemed questionable. caused several health issues while i was there 2) Wifi never works 3) one washing machine for whole building. second doesnt work and they wont get it repaired 4) they don't do bathroom cleaning 5) no chair or table provided 6)the manager is not good character.

I lived in their new pg for 2 months and it was truly the best pg experience. Be it food, cleanliness or staff behaviour, everything is on point. Especially for students or working women that want north indian taste. The owner is very friendly and polite.You will see the cook wearing cap while preparing food and it is an open kitchen so nothing is hidden, everything is prepared infront of us.Even if you pay 16k ,it is really worth considering the rooms, facilities, amenities,staff behaviour and food.

Very good PG for girls in HSR LAYOUT. Well maintained, pure veg food, supportive care takers with neat n clean rooms with 1,2,3 occupancy. Seen almost every PG in 24th and 27th main road but found this one as the best of all. It is very safe too. Expanding their capacity with constructing new building opposite to the current one. If someone needs proper girls PG, must go for it.
