“My brother had been in this pg for a year. The rent is 6500 and 10k deposit(out of which 2k will be deducted when you leave this pg, as maintenance charge). But there's no maintenance at all. You will have to clean your rooms and washroom by yourselves. No washing machine, no hot water facilities for bath, WiFi will not be working most of the time. Apart from rent, you will have to pay the current bill(extra), which comes up to 370 to 400. There's no transparency in the current bill. They will never provide you with the original bill slip. And if you question them the same, they will start treating you very bad.Food is also average, mostly they provide deep fried food for breakfast. Also, if you ask for hot water to drink, they will charge you extra. Think before you opt this pg.”

Aanshi Naveen Shetty★★★★★It is in Manipal. MIT ,Munial, KMC ,Tiger circle are very close by. Bus stop near to the PG is just 3 minutes away. Food is amazing when I visited my son who was staying in the PG I was amazed to see the food quality and quantity. Clean and calm place.You won't regret for sure. I normally don't give ratings so easily but I thought these people deserve it for their hard work. Thanks for everything. God bless.
