“Hi I stayed with my family yesterday in the hotel . It is not safe at all they give priority to locals crowd not in house guest. They allow local people to enter the hotel at the time of breakfast pathetic not safe for families. I don’t think they deserve a 1 star as well.”

“When I arrived, there was no valet, nor anybody to help with the bags. I had to take them out of the car and carry them to the reception myself. Despite the check-in time being 12 and me arriving at 1:30, they told me my room is not ready and made me wait for 15 min. I booked a suite, and it was packed full of furniture, with little place to walk. It had no exterior windows, which made it boxed in and gloomy. There was no hand wash, soap or shampoo. The body wash tube was sealed and I couldn't open it, since I didn't have anything sharp to open it with. Unlike other hotels, it was so tight it couldn't be pulled off. When I asked for housekeeping, the guy told me they don't provide hand wash. He also gave me soap and shampoo. I told him to open everything and after he left, I found that one wasn't opened. I tried to order lunch, but the phones wouldn't work properly. One side couldn't hear the other, or the cable from the phone into the handseat would come loose. I had to call four times. The menu had aubergine parmigiana, but the clown on the other end of the phone never heard of it. He mis-heard it and kept repeating mindlessly "pav bhaji" nahi hai. I settled for something el”

“Today we visited your restaurant for dinner, but unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with the service team. There was no proper welcome when we arrived. We ordered a few main course dishes, desserts, and lemon soda. The main course was served, but drinking water was not provided initially. We had to look for the steward ourselves. When he finally came, he simply placed the water bottle on the table without even asking our preference for water temperature. Even after requesting, water was not properly served until we had almost finished our dinner. Additionally, the lemon soda we ordered was never served, but not received later they soda was unavailable However, the bill was provided very quickly without ensuring that all items had been served. Overall, the service lacked basic courtesy and professionalism. We hope you will look into this matter and take necessary steps to improve the customer experience.”

“Service is very bad. They chagred us almost twice the regular tariif. But their wifi is down for a long time and they are arguing while complaining. Room service is pathetic. Yesterday they charged me for dal fry without serving it properly. It waisted coz of mistake of a waiter but they have added in the bill. So guys be sure before booking.”

Nitin Keshav★★★★★Recently I stayed in this hotel and the experience was pathetic. They do not give extention of check out time even for an hour though I checked in late and requested. They said they will charge 2000 extra for late checkout and Worst part is they switched off the power to the room exactly at 12pm. Not worth the price, window lock, table was broken. The rooms are good but looks like it's quality is going down. The bedsheets n pillows looked old. I went for a staycation with my family thinking it's a premium hotel and with lot of expectations but had pathetic regretful experience. The buffet breakfast options were good but there were flies n bugs flying around the food. Also the staff keeping observing you n keep laughing for reasons best known to them whenever we go to take another serving. I want to remind the hotel management that the buffet breakfast is paid for and it's not some complementary free stuff thrown at the guest to make fun off! Really pathetic embarassing experience for me n my family!

Everything is delayed, believe the other reviews and avoid if you're short on time. Food was above average

suman das★★★★★I recently stayed at Hotel Amravati, Bakkhali (South 24 Parganas), and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. The staff behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. They have zero sense of communication, and instead of helping, they make guests wait unnecessarily for everything – from check-in to basic services. It felt like they just didn’t care. There was no phone available in the room, so every time we needed anything, we had to go downstairs and wait again. This is basic hospitality that they completely lack. The overall service was slow, careless, and frustrating. The hotel clearly does not value its guests. I strongly recommend that you do not waste your time or money here. There are many better and more respectful options in Bakkhali.

We had a horrible experience that we would like to share . On 20 th day , while we are vacating our room no 307 , we saw our Bedsheet inside is full of blood stains . We were not known about it in the night . We brought to the notice of the reception . And we want someone to visit & see the issue . Inspite of several reminders , no one turned up & with a very bad note we left this place .

The senior staff who took our order by suggesting a dish had a blank look on his face when we asked him why our order was taking so much time. He had forgotten about our order. The grilled prawns was bland. Not just us, but the people on the next table also requested for the AC to be turned on since it was extremely hot which they didn't.Overall a terrible experience. Won't visit again.

Harshita★★★★★Front desk staff is good. Neat rooms. While the hotel was overall decent, except minor things like broken hook in the washroom, but the experience with the waiting staff was worst. May be it was cause they saw we are Sikhs from North, they were unwilling to take requests seriously. From dinner till breakfast, they had to be requested multiple times for simple things. Worst is when they served us bread which has fungus growing and below that on the plate was a hair, too. There were no apologies also for these, they just said oh it's a buffet if you don't like what we served, go get it yourself! Wish they would have said it when we requested thrice for that. Dinner prep of what could be served was good. I think good place for people who are from Southern part of the counties as they were being served very nicely even by senior staff in the restaurant. Upsetting experience as it was supposed to be for a vacation! Surprisingly disappointing customer service in the restaurant who are working in the service industry!

As a traveler eager to grab a quick meal before continuing my journey, I found myself waiting far too long for anyone to take my order. The staff showed little urgency, which is crucial for those on a schedule. I eventually approached a manager who spoke Hindi to place an order for a Masala Dosa and coffee. The food itself was underwhelming. The Masala Dosa was average, accompanied by a watery sambar and a bland coconut chutney. Worse yet, the coffee I ordered never arrived, even after I informed the manager of the issue. He seemed indifferent to my feedback, which only added to the frustration. Moreover, when I was leaving, it started to rain, and despite the luxurious setting and clean facilities, no one offered an umbrella as I made my way to the car. While the place does have a clean ambience and well-maintained restrooms, the service needs a significant improvement, especially for travelers who need quick and attentive service. Overall, the food was just average, and the poor service left a lot to be desired. I wouldn’t recommend it for those looking for a quick and satisfying meal on the expressway.

Food quality was also not good. When we ordered chicken biryani, rice had mutton flavour. My brother who do not eat mutton, did not eat it. Waste of time and money.
