The property is well maintai vvvvhhvhhvned and rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast was delicious with Great options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Overall good stay Room space is small in ground floor but balcony is good. South Indian Breakfast is good. Staffs are good too. Bathroom is very good. No tv or tea utilities are given in any room, but if tea utilities are required they make arrangements to provide with electric kettle. Only problem is no dinner or lunch is available. Rooms are not spacious at all, not enough place to keep luggage. Nearest food joint is 2km away Sometimes you get a pungent strong smell of cow dung and manure from cow sheds nearby. Else stay is very popular and comfortable.

Overall experience was good. Food was tasty and rooms are clean. Just little bit expensive for a couple. For family and friends group it’s quite reasonable.

Positives Great place if you are staying on Temple side of Hampi. One of the tastiest dosa was sereved in their breakfast. Rooms and bathrooms are neat. Zomato Swiggy deliver to the stay. Auto charges Rs 250 to reach here from Hospete Bus Stand. Negatives It is a little too inside streets so if you dont have your own vehicle then going out is a little difficult. The auto wala standing outside charges way too high for very small distances too as he knows we dont have much options. Eg: He charged ₹400 to take us to a nearby point which was 3 kms from our stay(Matanga Hill base). Then he took Rs 1500 for temple tour and then asking ₹2000 to drop us to our next hotel ( Zostle) . This constant looting by autowalas spoils the expeience a little.

Room- room is cleaned, not specious. Food- I don’t recommend having it here, but the owner owns a restaurant called Paradise, a bit of a drive from the homestay. If you are taking auto service from the homestay owner, please compare before taking it. We took the auto initially, and he said yes to everything. After he dropped us off, he started asking for money. So be careful.

Newly built. No TV in the room. A/C controlled via switch to turn off or on, no remote. Large washrooms.4 rooms in total with each having 3 beds. Check-in check-out needs to be co ordinated. We had to wait for over 1.5 hours to check-in.

The location is inside a village, and there’s a sheep stable behind the rooms, so evenings can get quite noisy. The rooms are spacious and of good size, but the bedsheets and towels were stained and definitely need replacement. The bathroom, however, was clean and well maintained.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Arjun Homestay during our trip to Hampi. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and felt just like home with plenty of rustic charm. The home-cooked breakfasts were delicious and hygienic, truly a “homestay-food” experience rather than generic hotel meals. We appreciated how peaceful and quiet the location was, yet still reasonably close to the main sights of Hampi. A special shout-out to Khaja, who went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly for us. He was always polite, helpful and attentive- from making sure our meals arrived on time to accommodating our requests with a smile. Thanks to him, our Hampi visit turned into a relaxing, memorable experience. We will definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at Arjun homestay in Hampi and wanted to share a few thoughts. First off, the location was very convenient—it’s very close to the ruins, which made early morning trips and returns for breakfast super easy and just really pleasant overall. The homestay itself was nice and cozy. The rooms were spacious enough, and there was a lovely little sit-out area where we could just relax with a coffee. One thing to note is that the Wi-Fi was a bit unreliable, so if you’re planning to work, you might need to rely on your own data. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and there was one particular auto-rickshaw guy attached to the homestay who was a lifesaver. He knew the area inside out and helped us with everything from finding drone-friendly spots to arranging transport back to Bangalore on Diwali day when Uber Intercity kept us hanging. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a convenient and friendly place to stay close to the Hampi ruins.

We booked 2 family rooms here in November 2025 which can easily accommodate 8 adults and 4 kids below 6 year's Location of this property is within 3-4km from main attractions of Hampi. Room's were very neat and clean and maintained. Toilets were clean and maintained with 24hrs hot water. Rooms were good in size with huge balcony. staff and owner of this property was very polite and helpful. Definitely recommend for family and friends. This property is value for money.
