My stay was quite disappointing. The reception staff were extremely arrogant and unhelpful, which set a poor tone from the start. Hot water is available only for a few hours in the morning (6 to 9 AM), which is highly inconvenient. The bathroom design is uncomfortable — the commode is positioned awkwardly high, seemingly suited only for people over 6.5 feet tall. Water pressure in the shower was also weak, making bathing unpleasant. Additionally, the restaurant prices are unreasonably high for the quality offered. Overall, my stay was terrible and I would not recommend this place.

Dal kichadi and any of rice items are prepared with more salt, try at your own risk. You complain to the waiter will pretend to prepare new one but it is still the same he will slightly modify your existing fish. Worst !

I checked into this hotel with an old remembrances but it has failed to maintain the same old royal dignity. Felt very bad when I asked for a liquid mosquito repellent. The response from the person on reception desk was like arrogant way I hope I will never look at this hotel in the future and I used to recommend this hotel whenever people ask for the information. I will remove this hotel in future and will highlight the arrogant response of the person sitting at the reception. Request people not to stay at this hotel if you are looking for a happy and nice Sleep without mosquito bites. It's because of my experience today at this hotel.

Not eligible for one star also. Too much expensive. 5 star rate and zero star taste. I took my friends and I felt embarrass. Since ordered boiled veg and that was pathetic. Instead of gobi they added baby manchuri. No butter nothing. My advice do not waste money by visiting resturant. Rooms and all I dont know

The place is very expensive yet pathetic. I can go on with the problems we faced in the room we booked. 1. A/C was extremely noisy and it was leaking water all day and hence we couldn’t even use the stydy table as the water was directly dropping on it. 2. Bathroom stinks a lot. 3. Water shortage. While I was taking a shower at 10am, water suddenly stopped. 4. Beds have creaking noise. 5. No kettle for such an expensive room.

Really worst service, i just cald them to book a room and said we are couples, the receptionist said ok, and then all the way we drove and reached the room there they suddenly said no . couples are not allowed.. really worst, awkward service, not even a good parking facilities.

Not recommend to visit this place , but since jewel rock is the known place we came for a stay. Pathetic front desk behaviour.There was miscommunication in the prices of room. Upon that the manager and receptionist staff was very rude to resolve the issue . They have no professionalism to treat the customers. They do not meet the first criteria to treat customers. I do not want anybody's stay to have such issues .

Since this had a reputation as an old hotel, I wanted to stay there and experience it for a night. The first thing is about the location- the entrance is tough to find. The second thing- service which was very bad. Fun fact, did you know that if you don't like a room or just say no "I would not like to stay" and you are in an other floor except the ground floor, they won't let you use the elevator and happily direct you towards the stairs. The third thing is the rooms which are untidy, smelly and small with the ceiling being very low. Overall I would never recommend a place like this. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed.
