Overpriced.. Please don't book the hotel by looking at the pictures. In reality its very tiny version of that pics. Luxury is only in the name. Edited version - my kids are 14 and 9. You agreed to admit without any issue. The room dimension was ok. Tiny I meant by- # Stair case, barely one person can use #Lift- 4 persons if you squeeze #Entrance - you have to squeeze inside in line to walk #Location - village road congested area #No one was there in breakfast area, some visitors were messing up whatever they want Summary - You can't find the advertised photographs anywhere. I shocked after seeing that. Please look alternative.

We recently visited this place with family, planning to stay for a full day. However, due to extremely poor service and inadequate infrastructure, we left within just 2 hours. Despite having paid an advance and clearly informing the management that we wouldn't be paying the remaining amount due to our dissatisfaction, the property owner later approached us in a very aggressive and unprofessional manner, pressuring us to pay the full amount and we paid too... Our experience was extremely disappointing – the staff were unhelpful, the facilities did not match expectations, and there was a complete lack of customer orientation. It felt like they were more focused on making money than providing any kind of hospitality or service. If you're planning a visit to Chikkamagaluru and looking for a pleasant, comfortable experience, I strongly advise against choosing Lucent Luxury Hotel. Look for better-reviewed and customer-friendly options – this place is not worth your time or money. Not even worth for 1 star...

Worst Experience, the owner and the staff was so rude that they could not even provide a basic things, the lady who was serving the breakfast was so uneducated he fought with us and said to leave the property. They could not clean the room properly and after telling it their staff denied for it. They promise something else at the time of booking and denied later to provide. This is something customer don’t pay for this. I have paid extra charges for it and still they could not provide basic things

Disappointing Experience: The place itself was just okay, but the real issue was the strict curfew. They locked the gates around 11 PM and didn't allow us to step out at all. It felt like we were trapped inside, with no balconies to get fresh air and even the rooftop was closed. It was suffocating, especially if you're someone who values a bit of freedom while on vacation. On top of that, the caretakers/owners were far from friendly and didn't seem concerned about guest comfort. Definitely not a pleasant stay and wouldn't recommend it.

Quite overpriced place, I stayed here on Navaratri vacation. They charged like a 3 star hotel room, but I didn’t find anything that great. Rooms were normal, and located inside a residential area, no great views. Complimentary breakfast was had very limited options, Parking is also difficult.

Recommend not to go there. Staff was very rude Specially the one stays in the reception Not good facility at all. Then in the response of my review they will say you were not our customer etc etc. We have checked-in at 6th June 2024 and checked-out on 9th June 2024.Please check your list properly and then respond to us.

We had booked this hotel for two days for a family of 4 adults from13th oct to 15th october. First of all the name itself doesnt fit in, 'Luxury hotel'. Nothing was luxury in this hotel. Though the room had 2double cots, the space was very congested. The room was smelling of cigarette smoke. Breakfast was not satisfactory, we skipped the free breakfast on the second day. Rather we chose to eat outside. Responsive staff required. Swimming pool was kept clean.
