Surrounding/Environment/Facilities: 10/10 Food: 10/10 Hygeine: 10/10 Owner and Care Taker Assistance/Response :10/10 Facilities available: 1. Food (3 times/day, Common cooking stove provision also available for self-cooking unlike other PGs) 2. Lift 3. Security (Gate Access & CCTV surveillance) 4. Drinking water (RO facility 24*7) 5. Hot water (Centralized system 24*7) 6. Wifi (Dedicated floor wise Wifi connectivity at no cost) 7. Washing machines (Fully automatic- self service) 8. House keeping / Cleaning- available on alternate days 9. In building parking (Although Limited space, no issues at all in surrounding since the PG is located in family area)

I’ve been staying here for about a month, and honestly, this is one of the best PGs I’ve seen in this price range. The building is brand new (opened on Jan 1, 2026), so everything feels fresh and well-maintained. Rooms are clean, beds are good quality, and the bathroom has a proper shower and western commode—no compromises there. Food is a mix of North and South Indian, but mostly North Indian, and it’s genuinely better than most PGs I’ve tried. They also provide a gas stove for self-cooking, which is a big plus. There’s a common fridge for all members, WiFi, washing machine, and 24/7 hot water—basically all the essentials covered. The owner is super chill and friendly, which makes the stay much more comfortable. For a 2-sharing room at ₹7,500, this place is totally worth the money. I’d definitely recommend this PG to anyone seriously looking for a good 2-share option.
