“This PG is not recommended. The owner isn't particularly polite. The food quality isn't great either, and the washing machine is outdated and manual. They deducted an excessive security deposit for minor issues. Additionally, the owner charged us for half a month, even though we vacated a day early (which we had communicated a month in advance). We were six people across two rooms, so considering that, the owner received more than 1500 bucks extra from us. There were three people in the room initially, and one vacated early. Despite the payment being made for the room until mid-month, the owner allowed someone else to move in. Either refund us for the extra day or don't bring in a new tenant.”

prajwal kulkarni★★★★★This is worst PG, some of the points mentioned will help you to go for it or not 1. Too expensive ( To the service they provide, rates are too high) 2. Food is not at all good, it's a North Indian style with the same dal everytime and no sides given. 3. Cleanliness is good, they come at around 11am to clean your room. 4. Behaviour of owner is very bad. 5. Washing machine is very old one which you have to put clothes manually for washing and spinning. 6. Wifi speed is good. 7. Lift is too slow. 8. There's not much tables for you sit in the mess while eating...you have to take it to your room to eat if there's no place to sit. Conclusion: To the rent you pay and the service provided is not at all worth it. PS: Be careful with the date of joining...if you are leaving PG do tell them before 15 days itself or they gonna charge you Rs 450 per day from your advance.

Biggest issue is owner is lady u cant fight with her regarding issue coz India have given women's special rights .. Only pg owner has concern with rent. Try some other pg rather then this.

Vihan Shahu★★★★★Good place to live for people from North India. Rooms are clean and new. Regular cleaning. Apart from that, the bed and room size etc., are just like other pgs. Food complains were less heard during my stay here. Power outages pretty common.
